> 3 dayThough the description clearly says it works with Mac 10.6 or higher, it does not. ASUS support was no help, and in fact, quite frustrating. When my issue was “elevated” to the next support tier, all I got was a phone call 4 days later telling me to look at my email to follow those directions and if that didn’t work, to fill out the attached form. Come on ASUS — work *with* me to fix the problem. BTW, the emailed solution didn’t work and there was no way I was going to fill out a form to wait yet again to try again with them. Complete waste of time.

> 3 dayInadequate documentation and technical support. Did not work out of the box. Returned. Perhaps I could have figured it out after spending many more hours - but even finding basic support information was enormously time-consuming and frustrating.

> 3 dayThe drive is very fast and so far, is dependable. There is a power switch on the back that is very difficult to operate. Ive read reviews that the eject button (which is kind of hard to find) works intermittently. Im using the drive on a Mac and use software controlled eject. So for, no problems there either. Works well straight out of the box. It is not (in my opinion) portable, as its a full size drive and requires a power source.
