Was initially very happy with the beautiful screen quality! However, the port entry failed in less than a year! Even though the product was within the stated warranty, I was held responsible for all repair charges at more than $100… and it took months to resolve. The chrome book was repaired in October 2022 and it failed again in March 2023. I would never buy another Asus product again. I previously owned an entry range Acer which performed flawlessly for ten years. Buyer beware!

He loves it despite the exterior denting easily. A kid pushed him at the bus stop and dented the exterior but other than that he uses it often.

This item did not fit my needs. I have returned it for a refund. It has been a month and still no refund or response from Amazon.

Perfect for my high school junior.

We bought this Chromebook for our son to use at school, and it served him well until last week, when several keys stopped working. Attempted to troubleshoot and tried reinstalling Chrome, which, as it turns out, is difficult to do when you cant connect to your wifi because the keyboard doesnt work. Very disappointed.

It is working great for me. The box it came in was banged up a bit, so it wasnt well protected on the inside, but it arrived on time and was as described. I love it. Thanks

I got this for my mom, and she says she loves it. The touch screen is very responsive and the battery life leaves nothing to be wanted. The keyboard is a perfect size and the screen quality is well worth the money. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to gift someone their first notebook, school use, or simple internet browsing and streaming. 6/5 stars. This is the first review Id gladly leave. Especially for an additional 90 day warranty extentsion. Amazing product

This laptop is totally fine, except I could not easily see the writing on the keys. It’s very shiny and nearly the same color as keys themselves. I ended up purchasing a silicone key cover which works great, but it seems like really poor design!

Touchscreen doesnt respond well to my fingers, sometimes needs multiple tries. May work better with a stylus. Speakers are tiny and weak but audio works great with headphones. Everything else seems fine.

I really like the experience Ive had so far with this chromebook by ASUS. Ive had one chromebook before that was about half the price. This model blows the other out of the water. The touchscreen, build quality, backlit keyboard, processor. The model I purchased before retailed for about 150. This is about twice the price but such a significant improvement it just really shocked me. Really like ASUS and the laptops they put out. Will look into buying another ASUS product when purchasing a gaming laptop sometime later this year.
