ASUS Chromebook Flip C433 2 in 1 Laptop, 14 Touchscreen FHD NanoEdge Display, Intel Core m3-8100Y Processor, 8GB RAM, 64GB eMMC Storage, Backlit Keyboard, Silver, Chrome OS, C433TA-AS384T

I received this laptop on January 4,2023, and by February 18,2023 it stopped working. It doesnt come on and it doesnt charge. Right before it went I out, I had just looked at the battery percentage which was at 57%. I tried contacting the seller, and got no response. But before contacting the seller, I contacted ASUS and the warranty on the laptop expired last year, so there was nothing that they could do about it. This was labeled as being new and I really think that it was refurbished. I contacted Amazon and they informed me that it was unable to be returned because it was past the return window. I waited 2 days for the seller to respond. Because I dont want a refund, I would just like for the laptop to be exchanged for one that actually works. I ended up contacting Amazon again, and they were able to provide me with a full refund, but will be charged a restocking fee, which they promised will be refunded once the item is received. If I knew that this laptop would come with no warranty/expired warranty and that the seller would do NOTHING to help, I wouldve never purchased this laptop. I was able to have this resolved due to Amazon-NOT THE SELLER! Im now back to shopping around for another laptop, but Thank God that I was able to get this resolved, and will definitely will be purchasing something better this time.

Only problem is the silver keyboard is hard to read.

The display is excellent , the touchpad is very responsive and I love the backlit keyboard. I had originally purchased an HP Chromebook but found the display had little or no contrast and there was no backlit keyboard. I tend to be up very early in the morning and could not see the keyboard on the HP. With the ASUS everything shines. I was a little hesitant to swich from a Windows based laptop to a Chromebook but the transition has been flawless so far. This is lightweight and blazing fast. Love it.

Not a new computer. Will be returning.

I really liked the design and touch screen..I did not like the color of the keys it blended in too much with the computer

This is not a high-end notebook, and I was aware of that when I purchased this Chromebook for $252 back at end of 2022. However, I expect any electronic device I purchase to work without incident for at least 3 years. Buy a new a streaming device, a new TV, a new smart home device, buy a new dishwasher, buy a new coffee maker, buy an iron—do you expect it to work for at least 3 years? I think so. But I got only 5 months out of my ASUS Chromebook!

Great chrome book

I wanted to really love this from the get go but setting up a printer was a pain. So let me maybe help someone else. I have a Canon mg6100 series. So being printer ready was not there and the Google print cloud is not an option anymore. So I finally downloaded the print share app. My printer worked with it when I printed a test page. The only thing was I had to buy the premium app for $10.99. I printed from the premium app and it works. That is cheaper than buying a new printer and less than the pain of sending this Chromebook back and finding one that works with my printer.

Stopped charging after 3 months....UPDATE: sent back and they fixed for free. Working fine since then
