At first, when I read and saw a lot of reviews about this device, I thought that I would buy a device that would meet the purpose, and I did not expect any further increase in any details of the device. On the contrary, I was a little disappointed before the device delivered .

My daughter age 17 set this up herself and absolutely loves this computer. She says it has long battery life, isnt loud and performs all the functions she needs well.

I did international order for this since similar product is a lot more expensive in my country. After reading and comparing Chromebook in similar price range, I picked this one, as the spec is good for Chromebook. It came with chromeos ver 75, and was automatically updated to version 93 to get the latest features of chromeos. Battery life was quite good, my kid use it for online school for 4-5 hrs no problem. Screen quality is sharp and clear. The look of this Chromebook look expensive. I am happy with my purchase.

Everything. Doesnt do anything I want and not use friendly. First time in my life to be disappointed by a computer or chromebook

My 11 year old received it as a Christmas gift and loves it. He primarily uses for moderate gaming and watching you tube videos. He says it is the perfect size; loves the quality of the screen/pictures; the ability to flip and fold like a tablet; and thinks the back lit keyboard is cool. Personally, I have a hard time seeing the letters and numbers due to no color contrast but does not seem to bother him. He would recommend this product to others.

Great product, the only thing I do not like is the keys are hard to see at times because print is light and the do not glow well. Other than that excellent pro.

I received this laptop on January 4,2023, and by February 18,2023 it stopped working. It doesnt come on and it doesnt charge. Right before it went I out, I had just looked at the battery percentage which was at 57%. I tried contacting the seller, and got no response. But before contacting the seller, I contacted ASUS and the warranty on the laptop expired last year, so there was nothing that they could do about it. This was labeled as being new and I really think that it was refurbished. I contacted Amazon and they informed me that it was unable to be returned because it was past the return window. I waited 2 days for the seller to respond. Because I dont want a refund, I would just like for the laptop to be exchanged for one that actually works. I ended up contacting Amazon again, and they were able to provide me with a full refund, but will be charged a restocking fee, which they promised will be refunded once the item is received. If I knew that this laptop would come with no warranty/expired warranty and that the seller would do NOTHING to help, I wouldve never purchased this laptop. I was able to have this resolved due to Amazon-NOT THE SELLER! Im now back to shopping around for another laptop, but Thank God that I was able to get this resolved, and will definitely will be purchasing something better this time.

We absolutely love it

The price was excellent for this Chromebook and considering the specifications, it seemed like a good deal. I even looked at other reviews and thought that this would be the one! I really didnt use the computer that much since I bought it; maybe 15-20 times. Then 2 weeks after the return deadline I was given an error that Chrome OS needed to be recovered. I tried to fix it myself, but was unable to do so. I called Asus and was told that I would need to send it in to be fixed by them. Packaging and shipping cost $75!!! Considering the price of the computer was $250 and that it was less than 90 days old, they should have replaced it! Computers should not need to be fixed after 90 days! This doesnt bode well for the computers future. Disappointingly, I really wonder if I will ever purchase an Asus product again.
