Everything. Doesnt do anything I want and not use friendly. First time in my life to be disappointed by a computer or chromebook

Ive used Chromebooks since they first came out. The key for me was a good CB with a backlit keyboard. They are hard to find at this price... AWESOME and small overall package for a 14 display.

Loved the size, light weight, color all fine Even had the flip, and touch screen, big bonus! But the keys, the keys color blended in to same color with the lettering, could not see the lettering!! Hard to type if you cannot easily see the keys!

Super fast battery long for long time plus charger very fast, touchscreen work perfect not compleing. Love this Chromebook, computer, laptop, tablet old in One

OK. Two complaints. Screen could be brighter. But main complaint is this hard to see keyboard. Its silver with white light thru the small letters/numbers. Impossible to see in the daytime and not a whole lot better at night. Its a great chrombook other than this.

I got this for use at work as we got new ePCR software and were handed iPADS without physical keyboards and I just couldnt do it. That being said.. I use it at home also! This machine has turned out to be a great overall device. The display is nice and bright. Its fast.. and the battery life will last well into 2 days in a single charge! The fact that it starts up in seconds is a plus as I can do what I need to do and shut it completely down and be back up in a moments notice. The keyboard took some getting used to.

Messages, email, news, photos

I wanted to really love this from the get go but setting up a printer was a pain. So let me maybe help someone else. I have a Canon mg6100 series. So being printer ready was not there and the Google print cloud is not an option anymore. So I finally downloaded the print share app. My printer worked with it when I printed a test page. The only thing was I had to buy the premium app for $10.99. I printed from the premium app and it works. That is cheaper than buying a new printer and less than the pain of sending this Chromebook back and finding one that works with my printer.

Not a new computer. Will be returning.

My daughter age 17 set this up herself and absolutely loves this computer. She says it has long battery life, isnt loud and performs all the functions she needs well.
