> 3 dayI love ASUS products, so I was really excited to receive this. Unfortunately, Ive found this chromebook quite buggy and awkward. In no particular order:

> 3 dayThe price was excellent for this Chromebook and considering the specifications, it seemed like a good deal. I even looked at other reviews and thought that this would be the one! I really didnt use the computer that much since I bought it; maybe 15-20 times. Then 2 weeks after the return deadline I was given an error that Chrome OS needed to be recovered. I tried to fix it myself, but was unable to do so. I called Asus and was told that I would need to send it in to be fixed by them. Packaging and shipping cost $75!!! Considering the price of the computer was $250 and that it was less than 90 days old, they should have replaced it! Computers should not need to be fixed after 90 days! This doesnt bode well for the computers future. Disappointingly, I really wonder if I will ever purchase an Asus product again.

Greater than one weekI am an avid ASUS hardware fan. Laptops, monitors, tablets, and now a Chromebook. I love that this Chromebook feels solid and well-built with its aluminum body. I have been and always will be a Windows user, but I am so impressed with this Chromebook. It boots fast, all the apps I need for everyday basic needs are there and work great (Chrome, Zoom, Docs, YouTube, Messaging). Sorry, Windows, but I havent had any lockups or crashes. I love that I can use it as a laptop and then fold the keyboard back and use it as a tablet. The touch screen is responsive, and the image quality is crisp. ASUS has done an excellent job with this device. I like the feel of the keyboard and the fact that it is backlit is important too when lighting conditions make it difficult to see. I highly recommend this little laptop/tablet. Solid piece of hardware!

> 3 dayScreen went blank about 10 days after the Amazon warranty expired. The manufacturer (ASUS) had me take it to Best Buy and they wouldnt honor the ASUS warranty because the unit was not purchased at Best Buy. The seller (GamerLand Express) gave me instructions to try which were the same things that both I and Best Buy had done multiple times. Now they wont respond to my request to replace the computer under the 12 month manufacturer warranty. Use caution when dealing with either ASUS or GamerLand Express.

> 3 dayI use this for basic bill paying, browsing the web, writing papers. My major complaint is the keyboard. There is no caps lock key! Why?! And the worst is that in most light, you cannot see the symbols, letters etc on the keypad! So it’s great if you’re using as a tablet primarily but for extensive writing, it’s a pain. I’m going to look into keyboard stickers so i can actually see the letters.

> 3 dayThis product lasted 4 months, then died. Won’t boot. ASUS is in the process of botching up the RMA. They are billing me in advance of services rendered, then not delivering those services in the time they specified. I’m done with ASUS. I will purchase a replacement from another company.
