> 3 dayI had the previous version of this Chromebook that had a black back lit keyboard. I loved it but the USB-C ports died and I bought this newer version. Pretty much works the same but the silver keys with white letter are a horrible idea. No contrast at all. Pretty much impossible to see what the key lettering is unless it is a completely dark room.

> 3 dayWhy is the consumer treated like little more than a profit point by these corporations? I would prefer a decently priced laptop that wasnt so locked into that ideal. Its not a good trade off. Something that is slightly useful only because google seems to own the internet. This why I returned this. Too tied to google. Too data mined for their profit. As heavy as it is I would not expect it to flex as much as it does. I wonder if it has had weight added to it just give the illusion it is built better than it is.

Greater than one weekThis laptop is totally fine, except I could not easily see the writing on the keys. It’s very shiny and nearly the same color as keys themselves. I ended up purchasing a silicone key cover which works great, but it seems like really poor design!

Greater than one weekThe laptop does all the basics I need it to do. I will say that the sound quality and strength is bad. I always connect it to a Bluetooth speaker if Im watching something. Also, within 8 month of buying it, there is physical damage to the machine. It has never been dropped or mishandled. It is under warranty and will get fixed. Overall, I feel the price is worth it.

> 3 dayI love this Chromebook. With the convertible configuration (laptop/tablet/tent) and the touchscreen plus a pretty quick processor it’s hard to beat for everyday use. This goes everywhere with me. Definitely recommend!

> 3 dayThe first thing that I noticed was how difficult the keyboard is to see, even with the back lighting set to full. The second was how reflective the screen was. I tried, but had to return.

> 3 dayI got this Chromebook for my daughter to use for school. It is well built, the screen is bright, and it has more than enough battery life to last through a school day. It is a bit bigger and heavier than some of the other 2 and 1 Chromebooks that many schools issue for their students, but this means the screen is also bigger and looks great. As well, you can flip the keyboard around and the touchscreen becomes a tablet. My daughter loves this and I am very happy with my purchase.
