> 3 dayThis product lasted 4 months, then died. Won’t boot. ASUS is in the process of botching up the RMA. They are billing me in advance of services rendered, then not delivering those services in the time they specified. I’m done with ASUS. I will purchase a replacement from another company.

> 3 dayAfter reading many reviews I did not expect anything other than a Chromebook. However many of the things that others seem to be critical of are not an issue here..... magnets stick when you close and open into tablet mode. The touch screen works great. The pad works great and the screen is bright. I have reservations because of the many negative reviews. So far so good.

> 3 dayI am an avid ASUS hardware fan. Laptops, monitors, tablets, and now a Chromebook. I love that this Chromebook feels solid and well-built with its aluminum body. I have been and always will be a Windows user, but I am so impressed with this Chromebook. It boots fast, all the apps I need for everyday basic needs are there and work great (Chrome, Zoom, Docs, YouTube, Messaging). Sorry, Windows, but I havent had any lockups or crashes. I love that I can use it as a laptop and then fold the keyboard back and use it as a tablet. The touch screen is responsive, and the image quality is crisp. ASUS has done an excellent job with this device. I like the feel of the keyboard and the fact that it is backlit is important too when lighting conditions make it difficult to see. I highly recommend this little laptop/tablet. Solid piece of hardware!

Greater than one weekI purchased as used acceptable condition. It looks and behaves as almost new. Screen is very bright and accurate to touch, keyboard types smooth but backlit keyboard is very dim and almost useless , speaker quality is average, well worth the price though and I will use band share with my family

> 3 dayI got this in hopes of using it for school and work. It was really cool and I was so excited... then I tried to get Adobe Creative Cloud, only to find out this only uses apps. My bad for not understanding what a Chromebook was, so I returned it.

> 3 dayJust got this as a replacement for the amazing Asus C302 Chromebook. Our house is all Macbook, but I like the simplicity of the Chromebooks. Pros: screen, speed, looks, much improved sound. Cons: when the screen is open to view, past vertical, the computer, unlike the C302, rises up in back and rests on its hinges, which is odd, since it is not sitting on its feet in back. Design flaw or planned?

> 3 dayNot Acceptable for my intended uses. Returned, after much delay from Amazon (shipped immediately, but the Return button was not available for over three weeks). Spent hours on chats trying to get this resolved. Amazon has lost my electronics business, after years as a totally satisfied Prime member.

> 3 dayAfter getting it set up, I find out it had been registered to a YMCA and I am unable to change the name of the chromebook... Deceiving to say the least... I will probably keep it as I like the form factor and seems to function properly... But disappointed it was misrepresented by the seller. Nowhere in the discription did it mention this was a refurbished unit....
