I have to use headphones to watch my college lectures because the speakers are too quiet. Sometimes it locks up on a black screen - I use the power button + refresh to restart it. Outside of these issues, I’ve had no trouble with it. I don’t use the touchscreen very often but have had no issue with it when I do. I use a wireless mouse, not the built in pad, so I can’t speak to its quality. Sometimes the keyboard light isn’t bright enough but it’s fine.

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid money for a new laptop and got a used one that doesn’t work. First of all the box came opened/unsealed. Then the computer itself showed “Chrome OS is missing or damaged. please remove all devices and prepare for recovery mode.” Then when you try to do recovery mode it shows you need a usb or SIM card.

Not Acceptable for my intended uses. Returned, after much delay from Amazon (shipped immediately, but the Return button was not available for over three weeks). Spent hours on chats trying to get this resolved. Amazon has lost my electronics business, after years as a totally satisfied Prime member.

Have used this product line for years. Every 5 years it is time for a new one.

Love the chromebook. The battery drained a little faster than I had hoped, but it is fast and the flip feature that turns it into a notebook is awesome. There is a c-type input on both the left and right sides for the power cord which is cool. There are even these great hard cover cases (like a cell phone case) that come in two pieces so they can stay on even when you flip it to use the notebook feature. Unfortunately, you need to buy one for that exact model. I found out too late... so if you have a C433 model it wont fit a C432 model case.

Stopped charging after 3 months....UPDATE: sent back and they fixed for free. Working fine since then

It is working great for me. The box it came in was banged up a bit, so it wasnt well protected on the inside, but it arrived on time and was as described. I love it. Thanks

It’s great when you are traveling to have something more than your phone screen with which to access the internet. Nice screen size live the battery life. Seems as though it lasts for weeks!

Why is the consumer treated like little more than a profit point by these corporations? I would prefer a decently priced laptop that wasnt so locked into that ideal. Its not a good trade off. Something that is slightly useful only because google seems to own the internet. This why I returned this. Too tied to google. Too data mined for their profit. As heavy as it is I would not expect it to flex as much as it does. I wonder if it has had weight added to it just give the illusion it is built better than it is.

I love this Chromebook. With the convertible configuration (laptop/tablet/tent) and the touchscreen plus a pretty quick processor it’s hard to beat for everyday use. This goes everywhere with me. Definitely recommend!
