> 24 hourI never tried any headphones this good in my life. I was hesitant since some reviews suggested these cans are too warm or bass heavy if I got that right. I was leaning toward the m40x which is described as the more flat sounding option. But everyone who praised the 40s more had that one line at the end of their review that meant something like dont get me wrong. m50x still sound great and that seems it after testing it. The bass was right for me and everything sounded just right without tempering with the equalizer. I paired this with an additional purchase of the fiio x3 2nd gen and the sound can be loud enough to make my ears bleed without sacrificing quality. I never knew FLAC files sounded a lot better than MP3 until I had this setup.
