Greater than one weekWas diagnosed with malignant Melanoma, so Im planning on using this parasol for added protection against further problems. Have only used it 2 times, so thats why I couldnt give it 5 stars yet, but it seems to be holding up okay so far! Love, love the impressionistic flower design! Does feel a little cooler underneath too.

> 3 dayPerfect for both sunny and rainy weather. I took this umbrella with me on a trip to China over the summer. Sometimes the temperature there lingered around 100 degrees and sunny.... This umbrella worked great for blocking the sun! Perfect for the occasional rainy day as well! Update: There was a windstorm and this little umbrella was completely destroyed. I dont blame the umbrella. I blame the wind, that being said I bought this same umbrella again and its still my favorite.

> 3 dayLovely umbrella. Pros: offers excellent protection for those with photosensitivity like myself. Small, compact and easy to take with you. Cons: Because its an automatic umbrella, it can close when you arent expecting it if you touch the button while holding the handle. Secondly, if it does close unexpectedly, you must then reset the mechanism by pushing the canopy back into the handle before opening it again. This seems to be a design flaw with all umbrellas of this size with automatic function. That being the case, its a beautiful umbrella that give great coverage.

> 3 dayThe colors are beautiful just as in the picture. It definitely blocks out the sun and not translucent like typical umbrellas. I like that its lightweight so its easy to drop in a bag and go. However, just as with almost any umbrella, beware during windy days. Mine flipped and the spokes on the end are plastic and thin alloid so the first gust of wind snapped two in half. I bought another since it does the job well of sun protection.

> 3 dayI have used the umbrella about three times and so far I find it easy to use, to open it you press the up arrow to close it you press the down arrow and hold the handle with one hand and press from the top with the other hand. I just wish the umbrella was bigger to cover more. I gave four stars for sturdiness for the moment.

> 3 dayI love the painting, and the price. But the umbrella needs to be wider. It covers one side or the other. Cannot position it in a way that it covers both arms. Also, having to push it all the way closed before it can be reopened is annoying to say the least!

> 3 dayOverall, I think this is a good parasol. It has good sun protection, is pretty, and the popup mechanism is convenient and seems strong like it will last. It is compact when folded down and stows away easily, and lightweight. My only complaint is that the stem of the umbrella seems to wobble in the handle. Meaning, when I am holding the handle to the umbrella, I feel a constant wobbling of the umbrella while I walk. Its not super obvious, but enough to be annoying after a while.

> 3 dayThis is a sturdy umbrella and not that heavy but certainly not UV protected. It has a very light silver coating but the its totally see through so I cant imagine how I would be protected. Disappointed!
