> 3 dayMy daughter LOVES this! I use it to clean her two little teeth at the moment but she loves it for teething. It is easy for her to grab because of the peeled banana look. Super easy to clean and perfect size for my baby. I take it with us around so that it can calm her down as well when she gets fussy. It does wonders!

> 3 dayI really thought she was gonna be obsessed just like other babies, but mehhh. Could be because she basically gets bored with every toy. On the other hand, as others have reviewed, everything does stick to it, from lint, to hair, to fur, etc… I’m constantly running it under water to get stuff off the bristles. It really gets in there!

> 3 dayThis is super cute. I ordered it for my son for Christmas for his first toothbrush. He just turned one year old. It was really cute when I received it, but it is not really a training toothbrush, this is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. It says on the package not for children over one year of age. So it is misleading. It is hard to find a good training toothbrush and I thought this was really cute, but its actually just a teether for a young infant. So we cant really use it because my son has a lot of teeth already and it getting his molars, I do not want him to be able to bit a piece off of this, as it is recommended for under one year of age for this reason I believe. So I think it is a great product, a teether for young infants, but it should not say that it is a training toothbrush, because it is not. It is very soft and bendable, so I can see why it shouldnt be used by older children, because it could be easily bitten into. My son does like it, I just really have to watch him closely when he has it. He is teething his first molars right now, so he loves to chew on this and rub it on his gums. I hope that it stays in one piece while hes teething so I dont have to take it away from him, he even fell asleep with it while nursing last night, it was in his little hand.

> 3 daySo I am totally using this product a bit off label, Im using it for our sweet 4 year old son, who has Autism among other things. He had a dental procedure in hospital this week, and it honestly made my eyes water the amount of work they needed to do. He struggles profoundly from the sensory side with brushing, he doesnt like the way the bristles feel, and even with a 3 sided toothbrush you can usually get 30 seconds at the most, often less out of him before he starts to freak out and fight you. So this was part of a plan I came up with to try and address the issue, since hes a heavy oral stemmer and we have to have items that are appropriate for him to chew on anyways to sub out for inappropriate items, like my books, etc. I thought it might help him get some extra cleaning in with his chewing, so to speak. I figured since the bristles are made of silicon, and hes used to chewing on that, he would tolerate them. And success! I pulled it out of the box, and handed it to him, and holy cow he actually stuck it in his mouth at the first sight of it! Squeal!! I really think this is a totally brilliant product, and I was hoping that it would be long enough he could stick it in the back part of the side of his mouth to chew, because he does that. And it is. My only reason for nocking it off, is that he sat down on our new pet cover for the couch, which is fuzzy, and immediately this thing came up covered in lint. The surface has some form of tackiness to it that exceeds any of his other current chewy items, and I think that is a slight drawback. I dont know how durable it will be yet, it does have a certain amount of give to it, so Im watching him carefully with it to make sure he doesnt bite through it. But otherwise, so far Im super pleased with this product and how it is working out, hes been using it a whole bunch over the last couple of hours, he seems to really like the texture of it, so Whoo-hoo!

> 3 dayThis is my sons favorite teether. When I got it I expected only the top to be squishy, but the entire thing is made of silicone so it is great for a baby to teethe on. Its easy for baby to hold and the peel handles keep baby from choking themselves with it. My son is 8 months old and has 7 teeth now and he hasnt chewed off any bristles or pieces and he adores this banana. He loves to use it on the back of his gums and has never been a fan of ring teethers. We do have pets and the silicone does attract hair/fur very easily, but we make sure to keep it clean and off the floor and a good teether does wonders for my childs mood so it is all too worth it. This is perfect and cute, thanks! UPDATE: My son is now 11 months and has 9 teeth and even with all of its use he has not bitten anything off. Its a hit and we keep buying it for friends. With a little baby toothpaste on the end he will go to town with it. He even shows his teeth for me now if I try to brush them with it. I dont think I would recommend it as your primary toothbrush, but it does help baby to be comfortable with having their teeth brushed. I can brush my sons teeth with a soft bristle brush now with no problems because he has been used to me brushing his gums with the banana for so long.

> 3 dayAfter looking for (and trying) various baby teethers, I came across the Baby Banana and decided to buy one for my then 4 month old. He was at the stage where he wanted to constantly chew on something with his gums. If your baby is at the grab and put everything in mouth stage, THIS is the toy/teether for you. My baby is now 6 months old and this is still his favorite toy/teether to play with. It keeps him busy for a good 20-30 minutes (which all parents know is pretty crazy). The conventional round shaped teethers are useless in my opinion. The baby can never properly fit the round teethers in their mouth and just get frustrated. This is even MUCH BETTER than Sophie the Giraffe. My baby chewed on Sophies leg the first 2 days, and then lost interest. Theres something about the Baby Banana that he loves. It really helps massage & soothe his gums. If your baby likes chewing on your fingers or his own - THIS IS the teether to get. Its shaped just like a finger, and your baby can reach the back gums and poke it around. Round teethers wont help soothe the gums deep inside. This thing is so baby friendly its amazing. The handles give a really good grip to the baby, and the baby can chew on both ends, as well as the handles. The peel shaped handles also allow you to put those plastic links through, so you can hang the banana onto the babys clothes or stroller or seat, and it wont fall to the ground. (Sophie doesnt have anything to attach to). My baby really has a go at it, you can hear the silicone squeaking against those baby gums. Im just happy I found the PERFECT teether to soothe my babys gums. He still doesnt have teeth yet, so Im sure he will be able to chew off the bristle shaped head when he gets a couple of teeth. I would buy 2, keep one at home, and one in the baby bag. Make sure you wash the bristles thoroughly though, because little threads or fuzz can get trapped between bristles, but its very easy to clean. Highly recommend this. Probably the only teether you need!
