> 3 dayPros: Our LO loves bananas, so this was an exciting thing for her to get. After understanding the concept wed brush our teeth morning and night with no complaints. Easy to clean, soft and exciting. Cons: Only one for me. The bristles would eventually break off after my LO chewed over dozens of uses, so expect to replace every so often if your little one likes to brush and gnaw on their toothbrushes. Would I buy again? Yes. Would I recommend? Yes. Would I gift? Yes.

> 3 dayI bought this for my 3 month old son who is painfully teething. At first he cried when i put it in his mouth. It looked painful. The nubs made popping noises as they rubbed his gums. He finally started to chew on it for a minute and seemed smiley like he was enjoying it, and then got bored and started chewing his hand. Hair seems to gravitate to it. Like instantly when I took it out of the package hair appeared on it as i was merely looking at it. It might actually grow hair, im not sure yet. Anyways Im going to give it more time before I decide whether I want to keep it because it is super cute although maybe not effective for a my 3 month old that is without teeth or coordination just yet. Im also kinda afraid hes going to poke himself in the eye with it. Maybe im over thinking about that though. Update: im bumping this up to 4 stars because my son eventually loved this, when he turned 1. He will still occasionally use it because he is still teething, and he is now 2. As for the hair issue, if you have pets its still going to be gross all the time. And he never poked himself in the eye thank goodness. All in all this product is probably best for coordinated babies with existing teeth. Update: I was definitely right about it being best for coordinates babies with teeth. Its now been handed down to my daughter who got teeth super early (2 teeth by 3 months!) and her coordination is much better than my sons was. She loves this banana. Its held up through the years and it hasnt fallen apart at all! This was a great investment and I would definitely buy it again if we lost it at any point.

> 3 dayThat being said, I am still giving a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star review. Why? Well, the bristles are tightly nestled together, it goes into a babys wet mouth, so that is the nature of a product like this. It is my fault for not cleaning more. So take note, clean this more frequently. Def has longevity too. I bought this June 2018. It is now September 2020 and my 6 month old loves it. My 1st child was never a fan, but it was probably bouncing around the house from the time I ordered it until he was maybe 1. So 8 months? Not used much. With my 2nd child, I pulled it out when he was maybe 2 months and def his favorite. Some babies will love it, some will not.

Greater than one weekI followed the warning of other reviewers and ordered the single (not 2-pack) to get a genuine made in USA item. It was great and my baby loves it! So much that I ordered a second. This time I got the low quality made in Taiwan version despite ordering a single item. The item appears opened and taped shut! Thats unacceptable this is for an infants mouth. On top of that it seems cheaper, the volor is different, and the bristles are thinner. I can see how parents could be worried they would break off. Im not sure if one is new and one is old, but the USA version has a patent number on it where the other says patent pending. Amazon quickly replaced the item for me with the correct version. It still gets five stars because the genuine item is excellent and Amazon has great customer service. Photos included showing made in USA item on the right.

> 3 dayWe got it as a teether and to hopefully kick off some good dental hygiene. It’s easy to hold, apparently wonderful on the gums, and you can throw it in the dishwasher.

> 3 dayMy daughter had this and LOVED it when she was an infant, and my son inherited it when he was born. My daughter wasnt a chewer/teether but it was a favorite of hers, but my son may actually be part shark, he chews on EVERYTHING. This shark is his absolute FAVORITE and has been a real life saver as hes been teething. I had to purchase a second one as I lost the first while traveling. Pro tip: pacifier clips fit on this perfectly and keep it within reach! Cannot recommend enough!
