19-11-2024I installed this in my 98 Jeep TJ and connected it to the stereo that I had recently put in. Great quality, and value! You will need to drill a one inch hole.

> 3 dayIt does its job and is super easy to install, but it didnt last. It started having connection issues after a month or so. Android auto would cut out frequently and any movement to the connection would disconnect it. It works just fine while connected the stereo usb. Either way, its a decent product for the price if only the connection was a bit more secure

> 3 dayMakes a great addition to an older car without USB ports. I have purchased two of these and used them with my headunits that have USB ports on the back. Only strange thing encountered with these units is the USB ports are in different directions. I use one port for charging only and one for connection to the headunit, so I need to remember to reverse the cable since the ports have the top facing out.

> 3 dayI got this to use as an extension for my computer/workstation to snake around the back of my desk and pop out in the middle of the desktop. Helped to plug in card readers an close the doors to my desk so kids couldnt get to it. I loved every minute of it for the last 3 weeks but now it doesnt connect much. Lots of on and off again connection sounds. For now I am back plugging things in to the front of my computer instead of the handy extension.
