> 3 dayThese had enough length to install anywhere in the dash. They are thick so not worried about things rubbing against them. Came with lots of mounting brackets that I did not need for my particular situation but would definitely make the install easier for some older vehicles or even some new ones.

Greater than one weekI installed this in place of my factory 12v dash outlet in my Jeep JKU Wrangler. I connected the USB lines to the inputs on the back of a Kenwood Excelon DMX905 so passengers can utilize the Android Auto/Apple Carplay without having to pair to the Bluetooth and it gives you direct access if something isnt working in the BT system.

Greater than one weekMy 2007 Ford Expedition is not a smart car. This little gadget replaced my front aux input that had stopped working. I installed a new touchscreen apple radio that has two usb inputs on the back this connected right to it and the usb are tight works great.

> 3 dayI have tried 2 of these from different vendors and they will work as standard amperage chargers and data transfer, but not for Quick Charge as my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone has. Connected the USB extender to both outputs of my car andriod radio quick charge output and regular output and nothing on Quick Charge output. Bypass this extender and everything works OK. Tried with both regular USB and 56K resistor type USB cables with no luck.

Greater than one weekI had hoped to just install this in an existing cigarette lighter hole, but it is just slightly too large. I needed to be very carful and expand the hole for this to fit, but once it did it worked perfrect.
