> 3 dayCables are thicker than I expected, Looks like it will hold up well installed in a vehicle. I used it to add USB ports to the front of a video game cabinet I was building. This way I wont have to open the cabinet to add a keyboard or mouse to modify the software. Fits the same sized hole as the buttons I have.

Greater than one weekI bought this to use with a boss Android Auto in dash unit but it does not work for that. The AA will connect and start to work but no matter what I tried it would shut down repeatedly. Back to using just a USB cord.

> 3 dayI used this to extend the USB cables from my Kenwood DDX9904s head unit to the console in my C6 Corvette. I removed the factory cigarette lighter and replaced it with this. The cables are thick and solid feeling and long enough to reach with room to spare. I can now connect my phone and thumb drive in the console and use Android Auto / Apple Car play and listen to music from the thumb drive. Looks like a factory install. The only thing I found unusual was the fact that the USB ports are oriented in opposite directions. This doesnt cause any problems so I didnt remove any stars.

> 3 dayI’m very surprised at the quality of the cables. Very thick and seems like they’ll last. I had to sand down my existing cigarette lighting hole a couple of millimeters and it fit perfect. When you tighten the provided plastic nuts it provides a very snug solid fit.

> 3 dayIt doesn’t work well with Apple CarPlay. It continuously charges the phone fine, but Apple CarPlay would randomly disconnect. I thought the problem was the phone cable, then the phone, then the radio, but when I finally bypassed this, CarPlay works great again. I just have to use the cable directly from the radio, dangling from under the dash, until I can try a different brand.

> 3 dayWorks perfect, cords a little too long and cumbersome.
