A great way to get protein in your diet. I use the natural, because in the morning Im not interested in food so I might was well skip the flavors. This product is probably the best mixing protein powder that I have ever used. Con: the measuring scoop is a joke. It is awkward. The flavored versions of this brand come with a short scoop that you use two of. This one comes with an extra deep scoop you are supposed to use one of. With the size of the container, it just simply is impractical and messy to try to use. Based on weight and if I compact it a bit, I can use the shorter scoop from one of the flavored containers x2 and end up with the right number of grams on the scale, for serving size. Pro: enjoy the easy mixing. The natural flavor is not delicious and not disgusting, it truly is a neutral that would probably work in very well if someone wanted to make protein shakes.

Whey isolate protein powder is a super healthy protein powder. Regular whey protein powder exacerbates my allergies. It’s hard to find one without added sweeteners, but this product not only does not have sweeteners, but it has a mild but pleasant taste, unlike others unlike others I’ve tried.

Ive been using Biochem Whey for years and I love it. Its pure isolate and dairy free. Its not so easy to find pure lactose free isolate whey. Biochem is the best Ive seen.

I first purchased Biochem lo carb NATURAL flavor. I had to go to the ingredients when I purchased that one and saw that it had french vanilla flavoring. Exactly what I wanted and unsweetened. Awesome flavor and texture. Loved it and wanted to get a larger container to last longer, was using it everyday. So I purchased this 30 oz Biochem VANILLA Flavor Whey Protein powder. Same color of container. I did look at the ingredients again but overlooked that the VANILLA flavor is sweetened with stevia and it is really sweet. If you are looking for a sweet health shake then this is the one for you. I like no sweetener and if it needs sweetening I add that myself. I love that Biochem at least does have the variety to choose from so that I can get the unsweetened next time. But wish it were less confusing. If I had bought the lo carb natural flavor on this site Id give it ten stars.
