> 24 hourI have been using this product for years. I really love the taste, it’s smooth. I usually make a protein drink now that I’m getting older and for workout. The sugar free taste no different then the regular protein all the flavor taste great. I would recommend this product to whoever is looking for more protein in their daily life.

> 24 hourIn addition to being very delicious, the powder mix is very light and well grounded! A night and day difference from the old whey protein mix I was using! Definitely an upgrade in overall quality!

> 24 hourIve been using Biochem Whey for years and I love it. Its pure isolate and dairy free. Its not so easy to find pure lactose free isolate whey. Biochem is the best Ive seen.

> 24 hourThis product is pretty amazing! It was recommended to me by my sister-who is diabetic- but is very active and fit (her nutritionist told her it was the best choice of whey protein)!! It does not disappoint.. 20g of protein and only 120-ish cal. I think your body wont process more than 20-ish gr. of protein per sitting anyway. I am taking because I am trying to get in shape- joined the gym, eating more healthy bla bla. I wanted to lose the weight I had put on during the holidays, and my trainer recommended increasing my protein intake. Although eating more fish/chicken is ideal, I am a FT college student and work PT time so my schedule is hectic needless to say. But now, I just make a big shake in the morning and take it with me when I know I wont have time to eat a proper lunch. Its tasty and I get my protein.. WIN WIN..Although it really doesnt taste bad with just plain water, I recommend mixing it with some skim milk and fruit for added taste and nutrition (I have choc. fudge flavor). Actually, the best shake with this is: 1cup milk, 1tbsp of peanut butter, 1/2 banana, 1 serving [choc. fudge] powder and blend! MMMMmmmamazing. Lastly, spoon and cup doesnt work too well, BUT you DONT need a blender in order to mix it thoroughly, as long as you can shake it in something with a lid (water bottle). GET IT!! GET IT!!

> 24 hourUsing this product for about 3 years now. I get the unflavored as its a lot more palatable to add fruit to. This way Im making my own. I used to add some milk to it but it wasnt as easy to digest. Started off started with the fruit and it works a lot better. If you read about how this product is processed it is better than most as far as Im concerned and its supposed to go into your muscles compared to others.

> 24 hourThis is one of the very best tasting protein powders I’ve tried. I don’t notice an aftertaste with the stevia, and it blends really well. I’ve tried both the sugar free and the regular vanilla and both are great, I really can’t tell a difference.

> 24 hourThere are many choices when it comes to protein powder, and if you are not careful, you can spend a small fortune. The Bio Chem range, from Country Life Vitamins, is the best Ive found for the price. Ive tried both the Vanilla and the Natural, and my preference is the Vanilla, since it taste great in milk without having to add anything else. The Natural, on the other hand, is very bland in milk, and is probably designed for blending with a flavor of your choosing, such as fruit, chocolate, etc. While I prefer the taste of the Vanilla, it comes at the cost of 7g of sugar per serving, while the Natural has no added sugar. So if you want to avoid the added sugar go with the Natural. From a cost point of view, Ive found that the Vanilla is the best value, especially when you buy the big 848g container. The Natural, on the other hand, only comes in a 699g container and retails for about the same price. On Amazon the Vanilla in the 848g container is always cheaper than the Natural in the smaller container. I guess its all to do with demand. In terms of the product itself, I have been very happy with it. I drink a serving mixed with milk after every workout and I find my muscles heal very quickly. I have also tried mixing it with water, and while drinkable, its no way as tasty as with milk. Some people report issues with mixing the powder. As with any powder you can end up with lumps if you dont mix it right. Either mix the powder with a small amount of liquid and slowly add more, or do what I do: add a couple of ice cubes to a sports bottle and mix in milk and the protein powder, secure the lid, and shake vigorously. Of course the third option is to use an electric blender. Just dont complain that it doesnt mix well, it does, so long as you do it right. This product comes recommended. Buy with confidence.

> 24 hourI bought the 14.9oz container of the vanilla whey protein after reading the review written by John P. Now that Ive gone through almost half of it, Ill most likely be ordering the largest size available soon. The taste is 10x better than the cheap whey you might buy at a local grocery store, and it mixes well in a blender (I cant say much about the shake containers). If mixed well, the taste isnt overpowering and compliments fruits or other items you might want to mix with the powder. There is a sweet taste, but I would say its semi-sweet compared to pure vanilla extract or maybe white chocolate. Fructose from the fruits you mix in will be more prevalent to the taste. I personally like this recipe: Banana Delight Ingredients: 8 oz pure water 1/2 banana (frozen) 2 oz protein of choice (1/4 cup of this protein) 2 tsp flaxseed oil--This kind:

> 24 hourMy go to protein powder. I did Beach Bodys Insanity and was DYING every week, sore and stiff, even if the exercises were becoming easier. On a personal trainers recommendation, I started using Biochems Whey Natural, and I seriously felt that I not only recovered faster, but I felt a significant difference in my muscle growth. In conjunction with using BB Insanity for 2-3 months, adhering to a clean and moderate diet, I lost my target 17lbs, from 139lbs to 122lbs and actually kept it off. It was great! I used a scoop of this in my berry smoothie post workout, in conjunction with Garden of Life Detoxifiber. Never had any adverse effects and have relied on it for 3 more years after I first used it whenever Im working out. I was definitely super fit after the intense program, though not terribly cut, which I didnt want to be. My muscles were rock hard, but I wasnt aiming to get shredded, so I still kept a nice soft layer of fat. Just lean with nicely visible muscles. The taste is totally negligible when mixed in any smoothie, and I would definitely not recommend it in water. It just ends up kind of chalky. Try to consume it within 30 min of your workout for best results, and dont use it when youre NOT working out.
