Greater than one weekI had a Black & Decker handheld vacuum for many years that recently stopped working, so I replaced it with this. This has fantastic suction, even better than my old one that I thought was great. Love the brush tool for getting hair out of small rugs and carpeted stairs, and I love that the brush has its own little holder right on the vacuum (as opposed to in the base) so I dont lose it. The design does have some awkwardness that my old one didnt have. Exhaust is in the back instead of on the right side, so if youre not careful, it blows back in your face, and its pretty difficult to use due to that if you need to sit on the floor to get at something. Cleaning it is awkward as well. Its easy to pop open to empty, but the mechanism to get the filter out is in a different place and VERY hard to use. Its difficult to explain, but basically you have to pop half the vacuum off and its not easily done (for me, anyway). I liked the old design where the filter came right out of the same place where you empty the vacuum. Edited to add: The battery does not last long.

> 3 dayThis is the best hand held vacuum we have had, and we have had many. Time will tell but so far it’s good. Great pickup.

> 3 dayI bought this item after reading the rave reviews and comparing it to a few other products. I bought this for work - to clean up drywall dust and other minor messes. I thought Id give it a test first cleaning up my jeep. Ill start by saying I hadnt vacuumed my jeep in about 4 months - so there was plenty of debris to be picked up from leaves, to hair, and other small particulates. Mission accomplished. My jeep (wrangler) and all its crevices are clean. The only negative - is that it took me a few hours to do it. Thats because I did the front seats and floorboard before the battery died. I recharged and then did the rear seats, floorboard and cargo area - and it died as I finished. In grand total, I got about 20-25 minutes between two full charges. Likely, you wont be trying to clean a whole car with this device, but if you do, be warmed of the relatively short run time. In the future, I guess I should be able to get the car clean on one charge as I never really let my car get 4 months dirty. In short, you likely wont be disappointed with this product, just be prepared for it not to last that long. Docked a 1/2 star for short battery life and a 1/2 star for a non-replacable battery.

> 3 dayIve used Shark vacuums in the past and decided to get something different this time and I think this is a better vacuum and design. The way it folds over and is adjustable is a much better design I think.

> 3 dayGreat suction. Holds charge. Good job on upholstery and everything Ive used it on. Just what I was looking for (and disappointed with in others). We dont have stairs, but I think it would be great for that as well. Plan to use in car also.

> 3 dayI bought this for small cleanups in the kitchen but I have used it for so much more. It is the best small vacuum Ive ever had from the pivoting head to the easy empty cannister. The suction is phenomenal and I couldnt be happier with this purchase. You have to get one, you wont be disappointed.

> 3 dayIm so disgusted with handheld vacs! I would have loved this one to have 2 levels of power but it is pretty strong on suction. The most frustration feature was trying to pull the Crevice tool out and the killing yourself getting it put back in place! I worked on it for over 45 mins and my husband took a look at it and figured it out, pulling front part of crevice tool out while pushing down on the end of it where the lines are. pretty hard to do but it is doable, even for a 76 yr old. like the compart size, sturdiness. Its better than the Shark I had...

Greater than one weekNever having owned a small handheld vacuum before, I guess it’s OK. It does have an awful high pitched sound and its narrow opening makes for cleaning the stairs an annoying long task. It’s good for a few crumps in the kitchen or some hair on the bathroom floor. OK for the car seats but not strong enough for the floors. Certainly not good for dog hair. Would I buy it again? NO

05-06-2025light and portable, yet powerful enough to suck up cobwebs, dust bunnies, crumbs, stray litter, bits of debris, etc. ive used this around the house, in the car, and anywhere i need to clean without being tethered by an electrical cord or the larger standard upright or canister type. the pivoting nozzle is extendable to get into nooks and crannies, able to lock into the position needed. the flip up brush on the nozzle is good for softer surfaces such as upholstery or drapes. i found the nozzle great for use in corners where stair treads meet risers, or on clean up the top of shelf up high. the first button on the handle releases the nozzle so that it can be pivoted to the position necessary. the second button is a slider that powers on the unit on or off. engage the pivoting nozzle until it is against the units body to make it compact and ready for its charging base. the powered charging bases plastic seems flimsy compared to the vacuums heavy duty plastic, but its sufficient to cradle the vacuum for charging. the base can be set on the counter, table or floor, or mounted on the wall with the included mounting screws. a dim blue led light flashes slowly when the unit is docked into its charging base. upon being fully charged, the led discontinues illuminating to indicate it is ready. when the vacuum is in use, the led illuminates steadily for on. when the vacuum starts to run out of charge during use, the led flashes quickly as a warning before all the power is discharged. first time charging can take up to 4 hours with subsequent charging time seeming to be less than that. this isnt meant to replace corded units ability to run non-stop. this limited amount of time on a battery-based product is sufficient for on and off use while doing a quick cleanup. continuous usage running time may vary. approximately 15 minutes is my best time thus far. a lot of small factors impact how long it can run continuously, such as suctioning effort, operating temperature, how much debris is collected, etc. the pivots cylindrical dirt chamber opens easily for emptying of collected debris. my favorite feature is that the nozzle and cylindrical dirt chamber unit is removable for a thorough washing. push the side button on the nozzle, and the assembly releases from the body of the vacuum. a removable and washable pre-filter and filter is inside the chamber and the filter itself is replaceable. i personally like washable filters due to their reuse ability. thats why i also have a dyson upright. the dirt chamber has an internal rubber flap where the nozzle joins it, which helps trap debris from falling back out the nozzle. this is perfect for when you use the unit to suck up pesky insects or food items, and you dont want them to escape back out should the unit be powered off. the black and silver color scheme is attractive enough should this unit be left in view while charging instead of hidden away. according to the instructions, the lithium battery can be removed. obtaining a replacement 20-volt lithium battery might be possible when available.
