Blues Brothers

I was a huge fan of the original screen version and had watched the VHS version which was disappointing due to the quality of the film and the size of my screen. I recently saw this DVD at a friends house with the big screen, home theater experience and was amazed at how well the comedy and music stand up to todays standards! This is still one of the finest films of the 80s and the best action/musical ever. The DVD version illustrates this perfectly.

This is really one of my favorite movies. The music is fabulous, Ill admit the story is a bit weak but it was almost 30 years ago. The bonus footage makes this version particularly worth wild.

All time classic musical. It would be rated PG by todays standards.

This is one of my top ten favorite movies. From tossing out the cigarette lighter to the Brothers last concert gig. Classic!

Not quite as good as I remember it, but the music still rocks. A rather slow start and a feel it never really gets up to speed can be forgiven when the set pieces come into play.

Without problems, it was very good products.

This movie is the best! Simply the best movie! Lots of Blues music, lots of Elwood and Jake dancing, and tons of car chases because their always running away from the cops! But remember-theyll never get caught, theyre on a mission from God. I think everyone should get this and watch this over and over! The performances are great, the singing, and the dancing! Youll love this movie, and itll become your favorite! If not, It sure has been added to my DVD collection, and its been my favorite movie now for over three months, and I watch it all the time!

Its the BEST Movie ever according to my brother! But I enjoyed it too a must buy!
