Im surprised at how good the transfer/scan of the image looks (on Blu-Ray)! I havent seen this since Standard Definition days, and I always thought of it as looking typically late 70s in regards to film stock imagery. Sometimes it actually feels TOO good, stepping into shot on video land as opposed to having a cinematic fantasy look of film.

This is listed as Multi-format which should mean both blue ray and DVD but what I got was a badly damaged box with a single blue ray disk. Didnt look new, looked like one of those resold movies from the movie stores with Made in Mexico stamped on the back cheaply shrink wrapped. WTH Amazon?

Buying the Blues Brother Movie is the thing. It is a classic and was an immediate classic even when it first came out. How many other films capture this number of star entertainers (Cab Calloway, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Jim Brown, Howlin Wolf, etc...) and tie it all together into an amzing story with non stop action and deadpan humor - the elegant restaurant scene with Jake and Elwood making a spectacle of themselves, or the Blues Brothers playing the gig at a rural Country & Western Bar and playing Rawhide would be enough to want to see this film. And these are just a few classic moments.

Gran bel film, se solo fosse stato completamente doppiato... sentirsi cambiare di lingua nel bel mezzo di un dialogo non è il massimo e lavvertimento di Amazon è fuorviante sembrando avvertire che alcune copie del prodotto possono presentare un passaggio di lingua, mentre è il prodotto che essendo la versione integrale è proprio fatto così.

Die Blues Brothers im Auftrag des Herrn hinterlassen eine Actionreiche Szenerie mit voller trockener, ironischen Verhaltensweisen, die mich auch nach dem 100 Male immer noch zum lachen bringen. Selten gibt es so einen Film der überhöhte Actionszenen mit einem komplett anderen Kontext so passend mit eingliedert.
