This is a gem of a unit. Its quiet and pressurizes the tank very quickly. The controls are heavy duty and made for a shop or field environment.

My last compressor required a sound proof box. Of course there was a heat issue! This new baby is extremely quiet and no box! Best choice I have made! Hands down the quietest machine in the shop.

I really like this compressor. I use it in my hobby/craft/wood shop. It is very quiet, doesnt vibrate and move around on the floor and is compact.

Probably my favorite purchase in the past year or so. I watched comparison videos between these and standard compressors and was worried it would still be too loud. These are insanely more quiet than a standard compressor, the comparison videos do not do them any justice. With how quiet this unit is, I have to wonder how much better the ultra quiet models are, as this is just quiet. That said, I went into this knowing a bit more than the product page mentioned. If you look through all the reviews you may find some that question whether or not they got a used one. These are new, but if you look at California Air Tools page that sells them you will see something left out of the product page here. It mentions there may be paint issues and I believe it also mentions slight corrosion on the fittings. Mine arrived with very slight paint discoloration in some areas and the zinc fittings with some corrosion, no corrosion on the brass. While I didnt see any reason for this listed, I have a feeling these have been stored for a period of time in a warehouse that was not climate controlled. I didnt have any issues with leaks like some have mentioned. I did end up taking off the quick release and adding a 90 degree elbow and a ball valve so I could push quick connects down into place instead of pushing them in from the side. Ball valve was added so I could shut off the air before the quick connect so I can leave my hoses/tools hooked up without air leaking out from them just by turning the valve. My rating may have been lower had I not known about the paint/corrosion issues before hand. But I knew and in my humble opinion its well worth the low cost its at.

I was amazed at how quiet it was its just what I needed after using a small and extremely loud compressor that my family complained about how noisy it is , I work on many projects in my basement and just couldnt bare with anymore loud air compressors anymore I also boutique another quiet air compressor thats just as quiet , I can actually turn both of them on whole theyre asleep when Im working late on my projects , Im happy and content with this compressor and how both compressors came without any damages , definitely will recommend to friends and family members of the service and products that are delivered to me .

Absolutely loved it. Right out of the box it was perfect not a single thing to complain about. I would never need a quieter aircompressor ever. Its everything I could want and more. 120 lbs of pressure with tank gauge and adjustable pressure valve with second pressure gauge. I have it set to 90 psi and tank is at 120 compressor comes on at 90 psi turns off at 120 and mamaintains 90. I love it.

I read the reviews and this is everything I expected and more. It’s really, really quiet which I love. The only draw back is it’s not on wheels and is very heavy to move a round. Other than that it’s a fabulous buy.
