This compressor is as quiet as my shop fan.. very very quiet compared to my old craftsman!! Fills up quick and makes working in the shop much better!! Not sure why there was a Thickness selection on the reviews though??!

Great compressor so far. I have a lager California Tools compressor in my garage. Very happy with both of them

I use this air compressor for airbrushing and I love it. It not loud at all. Yes, you can hear it but not so loud that its drowns out everything. It doesnt take long for it to fool back up after it kicks on. I highly recommend if you are using it inside a building. It is only a fraction of the sound compared to a pancake air compressor. It is not light weight. So its good for sitting in one spot and leaving it.

I read the reviews and this is everything I expected and more. It’s really, really quiet which I love. The only draw back is it’s not on wheels and is very heavy to move a round. Other than that it’s a fabulous buy.

Its a compressor; you know what it does. The only question is how loud it is, and Id equate it to a newer garage door or maybe a washing machine. Something that does not cause you to raise your voice in a conversation at all. Perfect for my garage!

The price was great and the unit works fine. At this price if it breaks down you can afford to throw it away.

The air compressor is great, as it is very quiet but delivers much better air flow than competitors low noise units.

Its as quiet as they say, and as light as they say and, yes, the welding is as cheap and poorly done as they say. A reasonable choice if you just need an inexpensive compressor in your garage to inflate the occasional bike tire or blow out a gutter, but not meant for much beyond light, occasional use and not likely something youll be passing on to your kids. If you get a decade of use out of this, youll have gotten your moneys worth.

Works great and pumps up quickly and is super quite.
