> 3 dayAbsolutely loved it. Right out of the box it was perfect not a single thing to complain about. I would never need a quieter aircompressor ever. Its everything I could want and more. 120 lbs of pressure with tank gauge and adjustable pressure valve with second pressure gauge. I have it set to 90 psi and tank is at 120 compressor comes on at 90 psi turns off at 120 and mamaintains 90. I love it.

> 3 dayThese are great units. I bought the one just up from this one for work with the wheels and that is the best by far. This one is basically the same without the wheels. These are great units. We have had the one at work now for 3 years and use it all the time. It still works just like the day we took it out of the box. I work in a school so we needed something quiet. You cant believe how quite this is. When it starts up with 0 pressure you can hear the air hissing into the tank over the running of the compressor. I bought this one for my home use. I am going to make a cart for mine so I can roll it around. Great product. I would buy another one and I have been recommending them to my friends.

> 3 dayIf you are weary of the eardrum-lacerating racket of pancake compressors (and who isnt), do yourself a major favor and move on to this unit. It is every bit as quiet as claimed, and this makes for a huge improvement to the work environment. Another point against the pancake units: quality control has not been great in recent years. Despite the prestige of the brand, two Porter-Cable pancake compressors of mine both developed leaks and other problems that were difficult/impossible to correct satisfactorily. Forget about getting real customer service, alas. By contrast, everything about this compressor speaks quality. Do be aware that the unit is about ten pounds heavier than a pancake compressor. But Ill take that trade every day in return for the dramatic noise reduction. Youre also getting a larger tank here, meaning less cycling. To improve mobility, simply replace the stock rubber feet with a good set of locking casters. Im replacing many power tools based on a reduced noise factor. Goodbye gas blowers and trimmers, hello 40V electrics. What a difference! The assault on ears has continued for far too long. And the menace is serious, with lifetime consequences potentially involved.

> 3 dayVery quiet! Works well, easy to assemble, fast shipping! Had a harbor freight 21 gal compressor that was so loud it couldn’t be used inside. Plugged this in in my kitchen to test it out... almost as quiet as my 56dB washer... very happy with it!

> 3 daySuper quiet and comes up to pressure fast, no need to leave it on and under pressure. Used it for 16 ga. brad nailer and it worked great. I havent used it with the framing nailer yet but I feel there shouldnt be any problems, however because of the small storage tank it might not keep up with rapid bump nailing. I have a larger air compressor that was outside under cover but now that we moved its in the garage/shop and scares the crap out of me when it starts. So rather than moving it to the garden shed and running a airline 75 ft. to the garage I bought this little fellow and it saved me a bunch of work and I have no complaints as of this review. I can easily take the compressor into the house to nail molding without having to fill a air tank like I did with the larger compressor.

> 3 dayA beautiful retro look and ridiculously quiet. I have no idea how long this will last. As others have noted I doubt this thing ought to be transported. So for the pros. This is the quietest compressor I have ever heard. It is a beautiful gray retro luck and a lot of the workings of this visible. So for the cons. This is not the lightest compressor. A lot of the functionality of this is visible so therefore I do not think this would last being thrown in and out of a truck on a daily basis

> 3 dayI had a pancake model...I think 4 gallon. It would power on and make me jump. While running it would rotate in a cirxle wrapping up the cord. The it finally stopped building pressure and I had to replace it. I turned this one on and thought it was in some typr of pre-operating mode and waited for it to the kick in. It didnt because that is how quiet this actually was. It didnt vibrate in a circle either. Pressure built up nice and really impressed with this. I got this because of the lifespan and quietness while still having power.

> 3 dayNot as portable as those pancake compressors but a powerhouse of continuous air flow and a completely different class when it comes to the noise. I have not tried bringing it up from the basement workshop yet for other projects but I have used it extensively in my workshop and you do not feel like you probably should get the ear protection on like with my old pancake style compressor. Bigger tank, double pistons, larger motor, less on/off cycling, less noise, cool running. Overall a great purchase for me. The only negatives, size and weight are proportional to the power but manageable. It it portable but I may never move it, maybe I will look onto getting a portable tank for filling the cars tires.

> 3 dayThis is the air compressor you want. I use it mainly for spraying glazes on my ceramics. Best air compressor I’ve ever used.
