> 3 dayI like the way that it captures all the dust in the air. Works well with my Germ Guardian air filter. I dont notice the air being fresher though. With the way the carbon should work. Overall happy with this filter cartridge. Would buy again.

> 3 dayVery good quality charcoal filter. I do need to trim the size a little but that’s no problem!

> 3 daySo, let me start with a little background. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats at home. The dogs track in a lot of dust from being outside and we have 2 litter boxes constantly in use. So my air purifier is constantly working. Anyway, i ordered this 4-pack to replace the single black filter that came in the original. These ones were definitely thicker and the size was *almost* the same. These were about a centimeter too long. However, i used regular scissors and then they were perfect. They seem to be working just like the original. It still sucks in the odors, fur, and dust like the original. It already has a tan color on it because of all the dust and its only been a few days. (yuck!) Overall, this is a great deal and just needs a minor and simple modification. I dont think spending 3x more for the other filters would have been worth it. Overall, Id recommend.

> 3 dayThese are your basic charcoal filters. You do have to cut them to fit. I used them as a replacement for my air filter instead of the much more expensive ones. I change mine at least every few months. Not sure how long these will last, well see, but they are the same filters I used on my old Hepa filter and they did the job.

> 3 dayI have used these filters for years. They came with my air purifier and work so well, I see no reason to change.

> 3 dayPrice is reasonable for a filter. An original one from GermGuardian is slightly overpriced. Red light was blinking after three months. I checked a filter. There were lots of dust and small light bright color particles on a filter. Check a photo. e.g.) I vacuumed my room every two weeks, so I didnt except there were lots of dust in my room I detached an original filter and replaced it with a filter by CFS. It was slightly longer than an original filter, but it did not have any problems for installment. After the replacement, I pressed a UV button for 3-5 seconds to reset a indicator (red to green). Please check all photos here.

> 3 dayI bought these to replace the outer charcoal pre-filter for the GermGuardian AC4825. The filter is cut to the exact size and it sticks very well to the velcro. The material is at least twice as dense as the original filter so will definitely help to filter out more large particles. However, I do worry that the density of the material will put extra strain on the fan motor. I guess Ill find out. Photos 1 and 2: product packaging Photo 3: Original filter (left) vs this filter (right). Right filter is much more dense. Photo 4: This filter installed on top of HEPA filter (left), original dirty filter (right)

> 3 dayThese were cheaper than the other filters offered by other sellers. I cannot say how well they work in terms of the activated carbon absorbing anything but it helps to be able to replace the outer filters when they become dusty. I put them in a 1 gallon zip top bag once I got them to keep them fresh (prevent the carbon from absorbing as much as it would otherwise). On the downside, although the width was correct, the filters are not tall enough so I have to cut one of the others to fill the rest of the filter area.
