> 24 hourThis is the best grooming tool. Sturdy, washable. I use it for general grooming and cleaning out the hind quarters with the smaller teeth to eliminate dingle berries. Does not pull. Using it on a Cavapoo dog.

> 24 hourTried many brands of combs. My doodle hates to be combed or brushed, but loves this comb.

> 24 hourI bought all kinds of different brushes but this comb is best for my golden retriever - she is a field golden so I have no issues combing through her double coat with this.

> 24 hourWhen the comb arrived, I was surprised at how small it was. It works great and when they say butter comb its an accurate description. It just glides through fur. I recently got a goldendoodle and it works especially well on the face, ears and paws. Well worth the price.

> 24 hourMy Ragdoll loves this comb. I’ve been using this comb for 8 months now, and i am so happy i purchased it. As soon as my cat sees me with the comb in my hand she runs to my feet and lays down and enjoys her grooming time. I can take a lot of the dead fur out, her coat stays nice and shiny and the cat just loves this activity. Works great on my long haired furry friend. Totally recommend it!

> 24 hourIve got a maine coon cat with traditional fine hair that pretty much has maintained itself. However, shes older now and has a bit of a belly so she is having difficulty reaching everywhere. This comb has done the trick at removing mats that have started to appear towards her back end. This comb makes it so I dont have to use scissors or a razor. Works great at removing the mats. Such a relief to find it. Worth every penny.

> 24 hourHaving 2 sizes on one small comb is perfect for the head and face of our small breed puppy. Not sharp at all so I can get close to eyes and remove hard crud. Doesnt bother puppy when I use it.

> 24 hourReally superior for dense coat grooming. Great for grooming our dense curly coated poodle! And very gentle if done right. Watch the videos on youtube!

> 24 hourI bought a Chris Christensen Buttercomb 000 in 2018, on the recommendation of my groomer. I love that comb. Seriously, I hear angels sing as it glides through my double coated corgis and Aussie’s fur. Nothing better for painlessly removing loose and blowing undercoat. I love this comb so much, I bought myself a second one. Sigh. The new one has sharp corners on the ends of the comb spine (see photo of new and old comb). The pointed corners hurt my palm when I’m using it. Since I comb three dogs about 30 minutes each at least twice a week, this is a problem for me. I reached out to the manufacturer via email, (with this photo and explaining that they were the same part number with the same markings, both purchased from their authorized distributors). The reply I got was that their plating process has changed. It seems that a “grind the pointy bit off before plating” step was somehow removed from their process. And yeah, for $30 I don’t think my dog comb should dig into my palm. So now, I have to buy a snap on handle and increase my $30 investment by another $20 if I want to be able to use this comb without discomfort. I’m disappointed by this change, to say the least. If you happen upon these combs at a dog show or event, see if you can find yourself an older style. If you get stuck with one of these, go ahead and buy their $20 handle.
