> 3 daySince we like our Havanese full coated, I have found this comb a great and comfortable way of keeping him free of mats. The best thing is he actually enjoys being groomed since I added this comb to his daily grooming routine. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayI now have the longest tine length brush as well as the large pin slicker (coral) and recently got this comb. Its perfect for what I needed, occassional grooming of tough spots my standard poodle gets on occassion, usually on his neck. He doesnt mind me using any of the brushes or comb on him and I find the wide spaced teeth on one end of this comb to be extremely good for the small knots he sometimes gets when his coat is being kept long for winter.

> 3 dayHonestly, I think it is absolutely overpriced to pay $32 for a stainless steel comb originally. But, it is highly recommended by the Havanese forum. So, I decided to skip Starbucks a few days and bought one for my pup. I find myself use this comb a few times a day on my pup as I want him to get used to be handled. After one week, he will lay on the bed contently while I comb thru his matted hairs. Then, my friend told me about Andis Pet Steel Grooming Comb which is 1/4 of this price. I bought one immediately and later decided to return the Andis. The quality of Andis is no comparison to this Chris Christensen comb. Andis comb feels sharp and I am afraid to use it on my pup. I use this CC comb on my pup all over. I just the coarse side to comb his body and legs. The fine comb side for his face and neck. I truly LOVE this comb and it will last a lifetime. Its one of my favorite purchases thus far. If you are considering this vs. Andis, you should buy CC and you will not regret it.

> 3 dayPurchased this comb for my Havanese, Niko, and it is the best I have ever used! Mats are so much easier to locate and remove. I also used it on my familys Maltese who is a nightmare to comb, and she slept while being combed. The Buttercomb makes the coat appear smoother and shinier, and does not pull like cheaper combs. Very pleased with Chris Christensens products (also bought the Mark I Slicker Brush in x-small), and plan to buy a CC face comb and brush in the future. My bag full of cheaper combs and slickers that hurt Niko will no longer be used! The shipper sent this in 3 days with a CC catalog as well. Very happy with product and shipper.

> 3 dayI’ve ordered fro Groomerspro before and they are a reliable retailer! Definitely recommend purchasing from them! As for the comb...I Love this comb! It was Recommended by my groomer! It’s magic and gets out mats from my persian kitty easily because of the fine tooth comb and also great and not so scary when combing out my yorkies face! It’s the best all round type comb for my grooming needs!

17-11-2024The comb seems great but unfortunately it was too big for my 8 lbs cavapoo. It worked for the back but not for legs, head or belly and the finest part was not fine enough for my dog. The corners were also kind of sharp so not very comfortable for my hands. Since it seems like a very nice comb Im still rating it a 4. Just not right for my small dog.

> 3 dayReally superior for dense coat grooming. Great for grooming our dense curly coated poodle! And very gentle if done right. Watch the videos on youtube!

> 3 dayI actually Ordered this comb by accident since I didn’t read the description correct as I wanted the larger comb. I was going to return it due to my error but I’m keeping it because I love it. Great for the smaller dogs I work on and perfect for working on their faces. Like the way it feels and super sturdy. Would definitely buy again if I need to

Greater than one weekI use this on our wavy coated dog. Works great and helps to separate the hair before it mats. The comb has rounded teeth and tip, so more comfortable for dog. When I tried cheaper versions, dog was uncomfortable compared to using this comb. Using it for 7 yrs and just bought replacement.

> 3 dayThrough the years, have bought several brands. At the time I thought they were good combs. That was until I bought this comb. The finish is the huge difference, or so I think. Comb glides through coats and even very thick coats so easily. Even if you don’t groom your dogs - you still have to maintain their coats.
