> 3 dayI returned this comb without opening it. That should be enough to get the message across. Ive used combs for over 60 years to groom standard poodles. I misplaced the one I had used for the last 20 years so went shopping for a replacement. I bought everything from the cheapest to the most expensive trying to find the best comb. I threw the cheapest away after their teeth began to fall out. I found the best among the mid priced. It has a rounded handle and the teeth have stayed in. It glides well through a coarse coat. The most expensive had a rectangular handle that I know from experience is not comfortable. I kept another size of the same make so I know that it would not move like butter through a coarse coat. Comparing all combs, the most expensive is not the best.

> 3 dayThis really works well for combing the facial hair of my Maltese puppy. I don’t know why..it looks similar to other comb but really works well. Someone else recommended this to me. And it works great. Just a bit pricy.

> 3 dayI use this comb on my small silky long haired dogs. This comb glides through the coat and tangles. It is pricey but makes the grooming more pleasant for the dogs and myself.

> 3 dayI got this for our dog (obviously) on the review of a groomer. There are a lot of cheaper options out there but you get what you pay for. This is nice and sturdy and I have no doubt it will last a long time. Like I said, you get what you pay for. Don’t be swayed by the cheaper prices of similar combs - you will be disappointed and then end up paying for this in addition to your cheap comb. Do yourself a favor and just pay for the nice one right out the gate.

> 3 dayMy cat is a five-year-old Persian cat who really hates combing. His fur is very thin and dense, so it often tangled and clumped together. This comb loosens and softens the lumps as if they were rinsed. And the cat feels comfortable because it doesnt pull its fur. Its a little expensive and a little heavy to use, but Im satisfied with my purchase. I was also impressed that it took only about 11 days to be shipped from the United States to Seoul.

> 3 dayThis product was recommended by my cat groomer as what she uses in her grooming needs. I ordered to use at home in between grooming sessions and it works great. Keeps my 2 kitties tangle free.

Greater than one weekTiny comb! Only 4 1/2 in long. Would have given it four stars if it would have been a bit bigger. Works great on cats and dogs heads. Wish it would have been a bit bigger. I have small hands and this is too small to hold and use correctly. Top comb is this one. Second is a regular sized comb.

> 3 dayThe comb seems great but unfortunately it was too big for my 8 lbs cavapoo. It worked for the back but not for legs, head or belly and the finest part was not fine enough for my dog. The corners were also kind of sharp so not very comfortable for my hands. Since it seems like a very nice comb Im still rating it a 4. Just not right for my small dog.

> 3 dayWhen brushing a sheepadoodle you need a metal comb to make sure there aren’t any tangle and to help comb the knots out…with a sheepadoodles thick curly hair, you need a slicker brush, a detangler, and a metal comb…I had a cheaper one I bought from Petro, but it was a two piece mold…leaving sharper edges and cheap metal having teeth break off…this is hard to describe, but 100% better materials made and it made comb guiding much easier

> 3 dayI admit that I was resistant to buying a $30 metal comb for a dog. I probably wouldn’t buy a $30 metal comb for myself. It doesn’t look like it would provide a comfortable grooming session at all. Boy was I wrong! Well worth the money if you have a breed prone to mats that needs regular grooming. We use this morning and evening and our Shih Tzu Bichon mix actually falls asleep while I’m combing him. A comb works much better than any brush for daily detangling. Everyone who touches him comments how silky he feels and says how hard it must be to keep him looking so good. It really isn’t. A few minutes twice a day with this comb, good quality shampoo and conditioner, and it’s a breeze.
