I could have given a 5, but the Carbon bag was just charcoal, I washed it and washed, and the Carbon kept dissolving, good thing I order a box of carbon/amonia reducer..it almost killed my fishes. Besides that, the ceramic rings and bioballs were OK.

Mid-grade activated carbon, really cheap for the amount you get and it works fine in my 150 gallon tank with dedicated chemical filtration.
