> 3 dayBest roller bag I have ever owned. Seriously, I have been through so many TUMI, Osprey, Travel Pro, Samsonite. None compare with the. Perfect compartmentalization and ingenious access points. Smoothest roller, of course it uses skateboard wheels with professional bearings.

> 3 dayThis is without a doubt a bag that has been thought out in design except for the size. It is anything but small. It is so well made and the features are many as has been detailed in other reviews. It is so study and will hold up for years if not decades to come. BUt it is Huge!!! I took it out of the box, opened it up and could fit my entire wordwobe for a year in there. Very deceiving. I am a flight attendant and have traveled exclusively with TravelPro and this bag is equal in quility to my flight bag. However I need a smaller lighter bag for travel in Europe this summer. I have measured this and the demensions are indeed 21inches high. But it is easily 15inches wide and 10inches deep. Which is over the permitted size for really any carry on. And its heavy. I dont have a scale but it has to be 9 lbs and is just as heavy as my flight bag which is 9-10lbs. Its a great buy for $100. I just wish is was smaller because it just has so many great features. It just doesnt meet my needs.

> 3 dayI regret buying this bag. I like the clamshell design and mesh pockets. Overall, good design, but the materials arent well thought out. I travel every week and the front of the bag is already showing scuffs from typical airline use of going into the overhead. The metal for the handles on the back of the bag is scratched and sharp from dragging over stairs and curbs. Now, one of the wheels (which were initially so quiet) is clicking loudly and creating an embarassing noise as I go through the airport. I had a Samsonite bag from Costco for 1/3 of the price before... it lasted five years. Im not expecting that Im going to get five months out of this bag at this rate.

> 3 dayInnovative, the clam shell make some people like it ans some not. The shoe pocket is nice for liquids and a pair of sunglasses or flip flops. The outer pocket is quite small and only about a 1/2 thick so it will hold a slim tablet or headphones and thin objects like documents. I bought the small version for international travel as my existing bag is a bit larger in size. Good if you need an international size bag, if looking at domestic sized carry ons I would probably go with a more traditional style for extra room and pockets.

> 3 dayJunk. Very flimsy hardware. When casters started squeaking so bad they were embarrassing, I was told to buy new ones for $300 and put on myself. Dont like this luggage or this company.

> 3 dayThe Timbuk2 Copilot Luggage Roller is a beautiful, well-built piece of luggage. In the photo, this is a nice looking piece of luggage. In person, this is a beautiful, classy piece of luggage that makes me wish that I could travel more just so that I had more reasons to use it. It has a classic yet contemporary look and the red top-stitching makes a bold statement. The suitcase opens up like a book with one hard side and one soft side, so you have protection for the items that need it without the unforgiving shape and bulk of a fully hardshell case. And, there are plenty of pockets to keep things separated, including two on the outside for items that need easy access. My favorite feature is the long, sturdy handle. I’m reasonably tall, but with my very long legs I often have to stoop-walk when using rolling luggage. The handle on the copilot luggage roller is long enough that it comes to my hip when fully extended. It also glides like butter even over rough carpeting and cobblestone. This is my new favorite piece of luggage.
