Co-Pilot Luggage Roller Suitcase

> 3 dayLove the travel roller, but on Airline Carry on luggage its HUGE and I chose size Small. The boxy look makes this look bigger and with Airlines cracking down on carry on luggage, I didnt want and dont want anything over 19 - other than the Airlines being picky, I did like this roller, it goes so well with my other Timbuk2 items, but the size was off, especially for European Airlines who are so strict on the 19 height. Also, the zipper does not flow as smoothly as it should for price paid. I could not justify keeping this item, even though it went with my Timbuk2 Crossbody, the zipper could be better made. I eventually chose The North Face Overhead, similar size, different construction, appears smaller, and even though it cost more, its better made, and more durable.

Greater than one weekRecently bought the Copilot S 20, replacing my LuggageWorks Pilot bag 22. My international travel has increased, and the LW bag is quite heavy and really built for carry-on only - its been checked but always worry about the handle extending and the extra bag hook causing problems. (never did, however). I took the Copilot on an inaugural trip to India this past 9 days. Had to check it mostly, as Indian carriers and others flying into India have a weight restriction of 8 KG for carry-on, and mine topped in at 12 KG. No worries, though, the bag is a champion. Once reaching the US on the return, I used it as a carry-on and it fits so very nicely in the overhead. As far as space, this bag is deceptively big. I packed a suit, another pair of pants, 5 dress shirts, two casual shirts, extra pair of shoes, workout gear, and toiletries of course. Im 61, so had to fold suit coat and pants a bit more than normal, but that wasnt a problem at all especially using my anti-wrinkle trick of dry cleaning plastic. Bag wasnt bulging at all! even brought back some souvenirs that fit a bit snug but no stress on zippers. Seriously love this bag so far, and anticipate it will hold up nicely. Ill put my LW bag on ice for awhile. Nice job Timbuk2.

> 3 dayThis small suitcase holds a lot! I took it on a 10-day Med Cruise and was able to pack everything (and more) -- The packing cubes help too!! Love the skateboard wheels -- they roll smoothly (even on European cobblestone streets in Venice). The top compartment is convenient to pack things you need on the plane w/o having to take the entire suitcase out. This is the first clam-shell style that Ive owned -- I like it...not sure if you really get that much more packing space.

> 3 dayLove this bag. Bought it for a trip to Europe and was happy to find it fit (sometimes just barely) into the various overheads. The mesh compartments kept everything relatively wrinkle free. I chose this size because some of the reviews said the next size up did not always fit in the overhead. With this bag and an occasional trip to the laundromat I was able to travel through three countries and never check a bag. It looks sharp too!
