I had 1/2 a serving of this and 5 days later I’m still cramping every time I eat. Do not recommend unless you can be tethered to a toilet for a week.

Ive been using this product for a few weeks now and Ive noticed a significant improvement in my bloating symptoms.

So I am usually more constipated, it helps with that. I can see how psyllium husk could help some people be more full and stay full longer when you take it before a meal, I do not feel like it has this effect with me at all. It didnt help me lose weight but did help keep me regular. A little over priced for what it is so I took one star off. The taste was amazing, mixed easily in cold water with a spoon. I would continue to use it if it was at a little bit better price point.

Colonsweep! I like it. I pour 12 ounces of room temp water into a glass. Just avoiding cold water because I drink it down and its more comfortable if the water is not chilly. I use a scale and add 7.4 grams. It nearly mixes itself. I drink it, and sometimes take my vitamins with that liquid. It doesnt get too thick too fast for taking vitamins. Otherwise, it goes down easy and fast. I do this whenever, but in the evening is good so there is a normal activity in the morning. Im getting the bloating down, using this product and I am addressing my digestive health in general along with this. This formula is good and the product is not toxic to me. I have issues with pain and migraines. This is not causing that to be worse, and when a product does this, or a scent, flavor, I usually can tell not just by the new thing being a suspect but because somehow the culprit, the thought of the culprit can be disturbing. It is a sort of clue I have over years of dealing with food issues and migraine. 5 stars.

Update: Honestly, although I hated the taste at first, after a bit more time with it its not that bad. It also helps that this is very effective for me so far. So, Im going to bump this up to a full five stars. Works as advertised. Other reviews mention that it is gradual and I agree. The taste is way too harsh for me to give it a full five stars. It is not only chalky, but also leaves a terrible aftertaste of something vaguely berry. Overall if you just want results this may end up working for you, but I cannot get over the taste.

This dietary supplement named “Colon Sweep”, when taken as the directions provide, made me become regular in 1.5 days. I was suffering from a typical bout of Constipation from not being efficiently hydrated. I took this Colon Sweep per the directions (twice daily before meals), and it really helped clear up my constipation. It did give me some flatulence prior and before my bowel movement, but that was to be expected with Psyllium husk as an ingredient. This strawberry flavored dietary drink mix dissolves very quickly in water, and has a pleasant citrus- strawberry flavor. I like that you need less than most name brand fibrous supplements. Its consistency in a beverage is not thick and goopy like most fibrous supplements. Rather it is more liquid, and easy to swallow. Also, this supplement contains everything you need to keep your digestive tract operating normally, especially if you diet is lacking like mine. This supplement is a Prebiotic, a Probiotic, a Liver cleanse, and Metabolic enhancer. Also of note, this container has 80 servings, and will last a very long time. For me, I find that I only need to take this 2x a week to help me stay regular. Colon Sweep is very potent and powerful-!
