This ColonSweep cleanser definitely does as promised by supporting my ability to remain regular and preventing bloating. My only problem is that the taste is awful. It says that its strawberry flavored, but its the chalkiest strawberry Ive ever tasted, like really not that pleasant at all. Ive gotten sort of used to it, and Im able to withstand the taste, but a better-tasting product would really make this the perfect psyllium product! If you want results, this is the psyllium husk that will help keep the gut healthy!

Great ingredients, but it comes with a lot of warnings on it thats concerning. It mixes well and tastes fine. Although it didnt do anything to get my bowels moving to be honest. Yet the ingredients in this are all good ones, so this might be good as a health preventative.

The taste was very strong/sweet and very gritty. Did not like. No return on this product so kinda sad.
