The ColonSweep Psyllium Husk Powder has a Strawberry and Cinnamon taste. One of the ingredients is Cinnamon bark. The taste is good. It takes a little effort to dissolve all of the powder. The instructions say to drink immediately after mixing. I took my time drinking it while watching TV and noticed a moderate amount had settled to the bottom of the cup. It seems to not stay suspended in water for long and will settle. It has more than just psyllium husk to improve digestive track health, which makes it more useful. Psyllium husk affects people differently. May want to test at lower dosages to see how it affects you. Sometimes it can be like Drano and other times Quickkrete.

I have been taking psyllium husk fiber supplements for several years to help with digestive issues and lowering cholesterol, but I wanted to try something different than just plan psyllium fiber. I came across this supplement and figured I would give it a shot. I have only been taking this supplement for a few weeks, but I like it better than my normal psyllium fiber supplement. It has a pleasant strawberry taste and mixes well in pretty much any liquid. Sometimes Ill mix it into my yogurt when I eat breakfast--that also works well. I have felt great since taking it. I like that this supplement also includes probiotics, a liver support blend, and a metabolic support blend, which most psyllium fiber supplements definitely do not contain. This product is also very gentle for those who have not had the greatest experience with fiber supplements. Yes, it is more expensive than plain psyllium fiber, but I think this product is worth the extra cost.

This ColonSweep cleanser definitely does as promised by supporting my ability to remain regular and preventing bloating. My only problem is that the taste is awful. It says that its strawberry flavored, but its the chalkiest strawberry Ive ever tasted, like really not that pleasant at all. Ive gotten sort of used to it, and Im able to withstand the taste, but a better-tasting product would really make this the perfect psyllium product! If you want results, this is the psyllium husk that will help keep the gut healthy!

I take this everyday in the morning. Trust me when I say itll having you running to the bathroom. It gets waste out of your system. Ive lost 3 pounds just from taking it. I recommend you buy it!!

These pills worked well, but without the massive cramping Ive had with others. I’m gonna continue to get to my complete comfort.
