I really like this product. To start with, it provides 4g of fiber per serving vs. 3g in Optifiber and Metamucil. This has a great flavor - I tried the Strawberry Taste. Its easy to mix into water and is pleasant to drink... I was actually very surprised how good it tastes and how well it worked - and, no unwanted side effects like gas or bloating. Great product!

Im not sure that I know anything to compare the taste to, but its not bad and/or bitter tasting, which is all I ever care about. Ive only been doing this once a day to ensure Im not waking up to go potty at night. The main thing Ive noticed, and was unexpected honestly, is that it seems to have regulated my bowel. This has been a surprisingly good experience for me all around! Being that its non-gmo, gluten free, and vegan, I actually got this to try and help with the severe bloating Ive been getting along with my menstrual cycle. Im an about to be 40yr old woman and approaching perimenopause. This has slightly helped with my recent bloating issues in that it seems to pass much faster.
