Love it!! It’s a game changer!

Im not sure that I know anything to compare the taste to, but its not bad and/or bitter tasting, which is all I ever care about. Ive only been doing this once a day to ensure Im not waking up to go potty at night. The main thing Ive noticed, and was unexpected honestly, is that it seems to have regulated my bowel. This has been a surprisingly good experience for me all around! Being that its non-gmo, gluten free, and vegan, I actually got this to try and help with the severe bloating Ive been getting along with my menstrual cycle. Im an about to be 40yr old woman and approaching perimenopause. This has slightly helped with my recent bloating issues in that it seems to pass much faster. Highly recommend giving this colon sweep by simply natures promise a try!

These pills worked well, but without the massive cramping Ive had with others. I’m gonna continue to get to my complete comfort.

I take psyllium primarily because, as a non-digestible, water-absorbing soluble fiber, it can help lower LDL cholesterol. (It interferes with the absorption of bile acids in the intestines, which forces the bile acids to be excreted out in the stool. This causes the liver to replace those substances by using cholesterol from the blood.) Studies also suggest it can help lower blood pressure, and regulate blood sugar. And its well known as a laxative, too. This product can be made into a simple drink by adding it to water, and it includes some natural flavoring to make it more palatable. The downside of this is that if you prefer to add it to a smoothie (as I do), the flavoring is pretty noticeable. Unlike plain ground psyllium, this product also includes quite a few additional ingredients that can help with digestive and cardiovascular health and blood sugar, including prebiotics, cinnamon, bitter melon, green tea extract, turmeric, and ginger.

I have never tried this type of product before so I didnt know what to expect. I am gradually working up to the recommended amount so I cant tell how well it is working. However, my bloating may be less. While I dont care for the taste, I have learned just to drink it all down. I do think that it is expensive as the container is for 60 servings or 30 days.

ColonSweep is a Psyllium husk based fiber and probiotic colon cleanser that provides 4g fiber per serving. In Addition to Psyllium husk it includes fiber from acacia gum & chicory root. This also includes a probiotic blend and Herbal ingredients to support liver and metabolic health. Jar contains 60 servings that you mix 1 scoop into 12-14 oz of water. Instructions say to take this twice a day but that is way more fiber supplement than I require or would be comfortable taking daily. I take 1500 Mg of Psyllium husk daily and one serving of this is already more than 2.5 times that amount of fiber. That is fine by me as This will last me 60 days instead of 30
