Commute Messenger Bag

Quite simply the best messenger bag Ive ever owned. Its perfect in every way. I travel between two cities constantly for work, and I have this bag with me at all times. I have easy access to water on the outside, and tons of storage space even though mine is size Small. It fits my MacBook Air 13 perfectly and has tons of padded storage for my other gadget gear. It fits well over the shoulder worn like a traditional laptop briefcase, and fits even better worn cross-chest as a traditional messenger bag. Buy it.

Recieved the Timbuk 2 Commute, small, from my friends at Amazon. Just right for work travel. Ordered a medium command but it was too big for my taste. Returned and ordered the small commute. Fits my 13 inch laptop, ipad and lots of storage compartments are really nice. Well made and quality material. Clasps look like they could be a little bigger and stronger but should be fine.

This bag has been on 4 trips with me now. I thought Id only use it for business travel, but Im using it all the time. Its very easy to keep organized, I LOVE the TSA pocket! Everything is secure and in its own place. I am a huge fan of everything Ive owned from Timbuk2, but this is my favorite bag so far.

This has been the best messenger bag Ive ever owned. The quality is top notch and after six months of heavy abuse it looks as good as day one. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth. Plenty of room too, fits 15 laptop, books, thermos etc... Think this will last for years!

This is a great messenger bag! There were two main reasons I bought this Timbuk2 Commute Messenger Bag: it has a large capacity for items and it is water resistance.

Its the perfect size for carrying essentials. My 13 Macbook Pro fits easily in the back pocket. The construction is bombproof.

I LOVE this bag. Its perfect for the types of trips I take. It holds a lot and puts everything I need when Im on the road within reach. Highly recommended.

Im a big bag collector and was looking for something that was a cross from a messenger and a briefcase. The problems I found with a traditional briefcase is the limited weather protection, typically its zippers instead of a heavy flap to cover the contents. The other issue is I like to have the bag ride higher on my back instead on my side. The reason is I take the train and when its crowded, having a large briefcase on your hip bumps into people, plus its more bulky than a backpack.
