Commute Messenger Bag

Quite simply the best messenger bag Ive ever owned. Its perfect in every way. I travel between two cities constantly for work, and I have this bag with me at all times. I have easy access to water on the outside, and tons of storage space even though mine is size Small. It fits my MacBook Air 13 perfectly and has tons of padded storage for my other gadget gear. It fits well over the shoulder worn like a traditional laptop briefcase, and fits even better worn cross-chest as a traditional messenger bag. Buy it.

Bought this for my son to commute on his bike to school. He said he likes it and works better then his backpack, however it does get in the way because the strap doesnt get small enough to stay in place.

Cavernous bag. I really like the zip-down TSA compliant laptop pocket. I was worried about the velcro straps keeping my items in their pockets, but they work great. My bag began to rotate a bit on the conveyor belt and started to fall off. By the time I got to the bag, the laptop was hanging over the side and completely supported by the velcro strap. The laptop didnt fall out and there was no damage to the bag.

Very well designed. This bag immediately replaced my collection of canvas day/travel bags. Large enough for one overnight, small enough for taking whenever I am out for the day.

Good looking bag, but the laptop pocket is way too small for a 17 laptop. Really wish it fit my laptop, or they had a larger size. Reading the sizing info, it looked like a 17 should fit, but it definitely does not.

I love this bag. Im writing this review oh, over 4 years later. Bag is in tact, no issues, no stains. I heard and agree, Timbuk2 is worth every penny.
