Cool As Ice

> 3 dayThis movie was nothing then a cheap attempt to cash in on Ices 15 minutes of fame. Vanilla Ices acting is one the worst in years and his dance moves are corny and poorly done. It has little-to-no plot. The visuals are confusing and really dont add anything to the story(or lack there of). The Villain is chessy and phoned in a mile away and the some goes for the romance in this film. I give this film a 0 out of 10.

The Boonie Cat
> 3 dayI used to hate this movie. My stupid friends would rent it all the time after wed had a few bowls (um, of cereal). I would protest and lobby for a Hulk Hogan or Pamela Anderson film, but would inevitably be met with a defense along the lines of Its f***ing Vanilla Ice. On a crotch rocket. What could be better than that? In time, this really began to sink in. While visiting my uncle during the summer, Id try to describe to my other group of friends how stupid Cool As Ice was. But somehow, I couldnt conjure up words to capture the vividness of the real thing. Scenes would linger in my mind. One day I realized with shock that Id somehow developed a Cheetos association with the movie, and whenever I had a bag (which was often) Vanilla immediately popped into my mind. With every delicious crunch I could hear his voice calling to me. To the marvel of my friends, when I returned home I wasted no time in requesting the film for that evenings entertainment. I had changed, somehow. Id finally seen the light. Im not sure why it didnt click at first. Maybe it was a passive aggressive reaction to a white guy having the first number one rap album. Maybe I just hated flat tops. Either way, I missed the boat, because my friends had gotten Ice out of their system and were now in a Ren and Stimpy phase. So I bought the d**n thing. I watch it alone with a bag of Cheetos and curse my friends. Dont be like me. Be the one to buy it and introduce it to your friends. That way, you wont miss the boat. And youll have more than an empty bag of Cheetos to keep you company at the end of the night.

> 3 dayThis movie is quite possibly the finest work of art produced in the 1990s. Rob Vanilla Ice Van Winkle gives a stunning effort as rebel biker Johnny. Ice rips off several classic one liners en route to one of the most astonishing performances that this film critic has ever seen. The story revolves around Johnnys romance with Kathy (played by Kristin Minter) and a plot by evil men to bring the pain down upon her poor father. The suspense will have you at the edge of your seat while the romance between the two young lovers is sure to bring a hot fire to your loins. The films most touching moment comes when Johnny and Kathys younger brother have a heart to heart exchange in front of the young boys home. The bond between the two is truly a sight to behold. I have seen a lot of movies in my day, but few match up to Cool as Ice. If you havent already had the pleasure of seeing this epic piece of cinema for yourself then you are truly missing out. Run on out and buy yourself a copy of Cool as Ice because hey, you deserve it.

> 3 dayCool as Ice was a good movie. There is not much to the show. The only thing that would be interesting is if you liked Vanilla Ice the rapper when he was popular. Its fun for the different things that made that time popular. Vanilla Ice does some rap in the movie so if you like that I definitely recommend.

> 3 dayFor over fifteen years the brothers Sid have been exposed to some of the best..and the worst B that the world has to offer from every genre available. However we may have met the ultimate strange low budget experience in the 1991 smash hit Cool as Ice starring the original white gangsta Vanilla Ice, and his baggy spray paint pants. When we saw it was going to be on last night there was no way possible it could be passed on as the amount of promise was so very large. When you have the chance to expand your B review empire with an entry from a guy that got hung by his ankles over a balcony by Suge Knight you just have to hop on it. Our high top, triple cuts in the eyebrow sporting star plays a straight up gangsta named Johnny thats got the hots for a goody goody named Kathy. Its the typical bad boy liking good girl while parents fume story that has plagued the film world for so many years. You can pretty much predict everything thats going to happen except for the unreal dialogue thanks to Ice Ice baby. Van Winkle does eventually earn the parents respect once he rescues Kathys kidnapped little brother, who idolizes the 90s rap sensation, from a very pathetic mafia syndicate. Wow is the one term to sum up what was witnessed in Cool As Ice. Whats quite perplexing is why this one got some 1 star ratings. Obviously the movie sucks, but you should be so well aware of that from the sheer fact it stars VANILLA ICE! How could you possible expect anything but a hilariously terrible movie? Really its something that should be watched by people suffering from extreme depression who would snap out of it within minutes of the movie rolling. They would say oh man at least Im not Vanilla Ice and be so happy by that thought they could resume fun and productive lives. If youre down for an evening of WTF moments and disbelief from Ices one liners then this baby is a must for you.

> 3 dayThis movie doesnt deserve all the flack it gets, its a fun movie that shouldnt be taken seriously. It has some cheesy dialogue that makes you laugh but the storyline is alright for this type of movie. It has a charismatic performer and a decent soundtrack.
