The movie is great, it takes me back to late 80s beginning of 90s.

I would have given this a 5 star but when I received the movie the case of the movie was busted. The company shipped it in a little plastic bag that you could definitely tell what it was. You would think the company would realize that it would get damaged considering the case is also plastic. Only good thing is the movie wasnt broke.

This movie is one of THE best party movies ever...put it on when lots of friends are over and let the astonishment, laughs and state of awe begin! It is filmed like a Vanilla Ice video just in movie length and let me tell you...its at least entertaining! A must own...

This movie is totally underrated!!! Cool As Ice rocks! I cant believe that this movie didnt do better with movie critics. Dont listen to what Siskel or Ebert-types say about the Iceman. Go see it for yourself. The movie illustrates how much of a street tough Vanilla Ice really is. He doesnt put up with anyones b.s. Youll love the scene where Ice utters the famous line: Drop that zero and get with the hero. Ive successfully used that line with several women. Pay the $92.99 for Cool As Ice. Its money well-spent!

Some people describe Vanilla Ice as a rapper who cant act. Although its true, he is an absolutely horrible actor, I think of him more as a rapper who cant rap. Vanilla Ice has NO TALENT. I cant believe how many good reviews this is getting! And Drop that zero, get with the hero? That line is a joke. Bottom line, U Cant Watch This (Courtesy of MC Hammer, the OTHER untalented one-hit-wonder). If you want a good film thats sole purpose is to exploit the success of a musician, watch Hard Days Night, or Help!

When I ordered this movie I was not sure if it would come the way I ordered it but it was a great choice, because I got what I ordered for a great price.

Yes, this movie is flawed...I mean, REALLY flawed. The actors are bad, the plot is bad, the direction is bad. Then why am I giving this movie 4 stars? Because in spite of all its weaknesses, Cool as Ice is a cute, enjoyable flick with no other pretense than trying really hard to be a good star vehicle for Vanilla Ice, whose short-lived fame turned him into a laughingstock soon after. To this day, I still think theres something entertaining about that film, though I cant quite put my finger on it. Watching Cool as Ice is a wonderful trip down memory lane: everything that made the pop culture of the early 90s so peculiar can be found in it, from the outrageous, colourful outfits to the awesome dance/pop music. It may not be a good movie in terms of its cinematographical values, but as far as entertainment goes, I think there are a lot of films out there that are much worse.

So glad to have found this! Until recently, this movie only existed on VHS and LaserDisc (and bootleg copies to DVD on auction sites). The acting is cheesy and the story is cheesy, but for anyone who grew up during the popularity of Vanilla Ice back in the day will enjoy the movie for the soundtrack and the nostalgia.
