The product is very easy to use and produces a beautiful finish. My daughter was concerned that they killed wild walrus for the oil, and I led her on with a good story. My wife put an end to this, but she loves her cutting board with the new finish. I highly recommend Walrus oil and will continue to use it.

This is a great cutting board oil, the best for the price and also the safest one I could find on Amazon. The bottle did open during transit so there was oil all over the bottle, but luckily it was sent in a plastic ziploc-type bag and not much was wasted. Attached is a before vs after picture of my cutting board with one coat of oil overnight (will probably do another soon).

Sanded, cleaned then added two coats of this oil to my maple & oak cutting board; it looks and seems in near new condition. Since treatment, my cutting board has not significantly faded in color nor has the oil added unwanted taste to foods touching its surface. I recommend this oil.

I’m amazed at how well this product works. After watching the posted videos, I was a little skeptical, but decided to try it anyway. I must admit, it works exactly as shown and it’s really easy to use. A little goes a long way too. It costs a little more, but it’s worth every penny! Extremely pleased with this product.

I use this oil on all of my cutting boards and my hand carved bowls. Leaves a great finish on all of my wood products, especially my spoons. Thank You
