Greater than one weekI have a farm store at the end of our driveway and need to know when people come in. Love the system - the old one was wonderful but had started to fail after almost a decade. This one is even nicer. I didn’t even consider another company - very happy.

> 3 daySo far this is working thru walls and motion is detected. My concern was the distance. When I have had other door bells- 6 months in they stop working so will see how long this one lasts!!!

> 3 dayEasy setup. Motion detector is on a fence post about 25 ft from our 12 ft wide driveway. For the past week it has worked perfectly detecting car or foot traffic with no false alarms. Our house is 300 feet from the gate and the receiver gets the signal through brick wall.

> 3 dayLook for my related comments on the extra sensors Great Basic system for security and entertainment. We live in the forest so being awakened to Bear breaking into trash trailer so we can minimize damage or the delight of wildlife strolling through, plus the security of knowing if 2 legged animals trespassing adds security.

> 3 dayIve owned 3 versions of the Dakota alerts ... these are fantastic motion sensors for around the outside of the house (my need). My only complaint: The alert tone (tunes) are really a joke. Come on already Dakota ... lets put something better on there as alerts ... not musical clips.
