Greater than one weekIMO, customer satisfaction is number one with this manufacturer. I bought this monitor for my husband as a Christmas gift. He was SO disappointed when he set it up, and it didnt work. He called Tech Support, and it was decided we had gotten a bad machine. The gentleman my husband spoke with was amazing!! He not only sent out a new monitor immediately, but also sent a fantastic mechanical gaming keyboard for our inconvenience! The monitor has a great picture, and the size is just right. Were thinking of buying another to have a duel monitor setup. This is definitely a keeper!! You wont be disappointed.

> 3 dayThis monitor is worth the money. Easy setup and pefect size for video editing and multi-tasking. I just wish it had more options for adjusting heights, angles or a virtical configuration like other brands have. I do notice a color difference in the lower corners or slightly vignette. Still a great monitir for the price.

> 3 dayNothing suprising, it works, no dead pixels (which Ive never encountered). Im not crazy about the red gamer lights on the back but they dont interfere with the experience.

Greater than one weekMy monitor just stopped working, it won’t turn on or anything, anyone know the probable cause of this?(this was my first review)... well, I called Deco directly and they are sending me a brand new one! The customer service is superb, it takes a while but it’s worth it, I love companies that treat their customers the way Deco does, I would give them more stars if I could

Greater than one weekIve bought several of these for work, to replace dual monitors for our users. Its 1/3 of the cost of a similar Dell model and is just as good. I turn off the ugly LED backlight, but other than that its a solid monitor at a great price.

Greater than one weekI replaced two 32 monitors on the small desk in my home office and love it. I couldnt possibly go back and actually hate going into my regular office because I have dual monitors there!

> 3 dayReceived it fairly quickly and installed it onto a PC with the included DP cable. Immediately the right side of the screen was out. Off/On Replaced the cable. Got it to work for about a half a second, then it went pixel again. Thinking maybe its the cable, I switched it over to use as a second monitor for my iMac and plugged in the HDMI cable, and it too showed the exact same result. Went back and read some reviews, and sure enough Im not the first. Requested a replacement through Amazon, and the 2nd showed up in less than a week. Onto the new one. The screen this time works just fine. A few things Ive noticed: The yellow is very orangey. Ive tinkered with the Profile and the settings and got it better, but it took some serious adjusting. The white is VERY white, meaning a lot of the text boxes Im used to seeing are kind of missing. Ive again had to tinker the brightness to one side with the contrast to the other. The preloaded profiles arent very good. Lastly, the buttons on the bottom to navigate the on screen menu are really poor. Itll take you awhile to figure out which button to press to get to what screen and to navigate to what you want to do. This could have been designed better. Overall, for the price you are paying for a very ultra wide monitor, its not a bad screen. Im very weary that I received one that was 1/2 dead upon arrival, so Im crossing my fingers that this doesnt just die on me one day when I turn it on.

> 3 dayThis is a good quality product for this size monitor in this price range. You can pay more for the Samsung or LG, but Im not sure why you want to do that. I have one at work and one at home and they are both performing great.
