IMO, customer satisfaction is number one with this manufacturer. I bought this monitor for my husband as a Christmas gift. He was SO disappointed when he set it up, and it didnt work. He called Tech Support, and it was decided we had gotten a bad machine. The gentleman my husband spoke with was amazing!! He not only sent out a new monitor immediately, but also sent a fantastic mechanical gaming keyboard for our inconvenience! The monitor has a great picture, and the size is just right. Were thinking of buying another to have a duel monitor setup. This is definitely a keeper!! You wont be disappointed.

What you save in dollars by buying this, you make up for in lack of resolution. Its too large for such a low resolution. You can see edges of pretty much everything. If you just want a big screen then its fine i guess. The refresh rate is OK but not as good as others that are more expensive.

Ive bought several of these for work, to replace dual monitors for our users. Its 1/3 of the cost of a similar Dell model and is just as good. I turn off the ugly LED backlight, but other than that its a solid monitor at a great price.

This monitor is awesome. You can download some snap window software if you need it but I didnt find it necessary. 5 months after purchase I decided I wanted to use the Vesa mount adapter and realized I mustve thrown it away with the box! I contacted the manufacturer and they mailed me one free of charge. Very happy with my experience with this company and seller.

My unit was defective. The right half of the screen didnt work properly. The left half also showed signs of failing as well. When the monitor worked correctly the picture was good. It has audio out which is strange considering it has no speakers. I guess the audio jack is there to output the audio input from the HDMI but that seems useless since the computer can do that. I opted to return the monitor and go for one with a 1440p resolution. 1080p just isnt enough for a monitor of this size; the text seemed blurry.

The only thing I didnt like was it does not have a remote which makes using the settings menu a bit more difficult. Other than that, it has a great Picture and works as expected.

I bought this monitor for business use. It was a little difficult to adjust the color, contrast and brightness of the monitor. It took me a few hours to finally get it adjusted. Once adjusted the experience of a wide and curved screen monitor was amazing. I was able to split my screen to run a couple of programs at a time.

As someone who is switching from console to pc this monitor is amazing. I’m used to playing on a big tv for games so I didn’t want to switch from a big tv to a small monitor and this monitor was the perfect option. It has great picture quality. The only thing that worried me was when connecting the stand to the monitor it wasn’t clicking or staying out at first so when putting it together make sure to hear a click and that it is in good.

Worked as advertised.
