> 24 hourThis is a good bag with lots of space. The problems I had with it we’re… on my recent United flights it would not fit under the seat in front of me. I sat in the aisle seat and the plane had a power strut using up almost 1/2 the space and this bag wouldn’t fit with that there. I had to put it in the overhead area so I didn’t have anything I needed for two very long flights. I did not overfill it, it would fit fine in the space in front of the middle or window seat. Mostly a frustration at United but also a normal sized backpack or bag would have worked fine. Also, I wish the zippers on the front had two zippers that met in the middle. The zipper always opens on the side and things fall out. Otherwise it’s a nice bag and definitely has lots of room to pack clothes as well as an iPad or small laptop.

> 24 hourIn the name of being cheap and avoiding airline baggage fees, I bought 3 of these bags. They were easy to carry as a backpack- although you can hold it like a suitcase but not preference. The bag can hold a lot of clothes!! I laid the clothes flat instead of rolled or folded, my oldest child folded clothes nicely and my 12 years just stuffed clothes haphazardly. We did 3 weeks of travel (each with 1 bag). My bag was probably packed too much which made it heavier but that was due to all of my clothes :). We have used the bags about 3 times for airline travels as carryons in the span of a 5-6 weeks and it has been so much easier when navigating our travel. I appreciate the pockets and compartments as well as the straps that can be tighten when worn as a backpack. I think you will be surprised about the capacity and the bag itself might be bigger than you anticipate.

> 24 hourOn our way for a relief trip and this backpack is magical . I LOVE that it opens flat. Easy to pack, easy to open going through security. It will definitely fit under the airplane seat but also fit 5 lbs powder milk, 6 pasta packs, 8 bar soaps , 4 deodorants, 24 packets of oatmeal, 6 bottles of lowrys seasoning and an insane amount of medicines . See my picture for just an idea of how much we fit. Front pockets still fit electronics and a box of chocolates! And it’s comfortable ! With lots of adjustable straps and padding.

> 24 hourI ordered this bag for my son who was traveling overseas a lot. He loved it so much that I ended up ordering one for myself. It’s the best bag I have. It fits so much stuff and it’s comfortable to carry.

> 24 hourI have used the same backpack for 20 years and it was time to upgrade. This bag is durable with a stronger connection of the straps than other brands I looked at, so Im less concerned that they will break by their hooks. The black is closer to gray. This bag has several pockets, smaller than other packs which I like for organization. The laptop pocket is large and a good option for things beyond a laptop. The packing cubes are a hit with size options. I fit enough for a four day conference easily. Then the backpack stored under the seat for my flights much better than my previous bag. My only annoyance was the zipper for hiding the straps was folding down and I used a safety pin to secure it up as I was using the straps. I also added a thin pad to the pocket that holds the backpack straps for a little extra cushion on my back. Im very pleased with this backpack after rejecting two similar models.

> 24 hourIve only used this for a month but so far its lived up to its expectations. The design is very well thought out (everything seems practical, no wtf were they thinking components), and the padding on the back makes it pretty comfy even when stuffed full and quite heavy. The look and quality (e.g. the zippers) are also really impressive for the price. I looked at tons of options and even ordered two others, but sent those back. Ive recommended this bag to friends, so would recommend it to you as well, dear reader.

> 24 hourTook this for a 7 day trip, my clothes, a pair of hiking sandals and my toiletries fit. It was a bit over packed and it was super heavy and would not recommend it if you have a long layover or are in a big airport that you need to walk. Overall it was sturdy and it was comfortable, next time I wouldn’t over back it so it won’t be that heavy.
