> 3 dayI’d used this travel backpack for my recent three weeks to Europe. I placed all my electronic and an extra change of clothes along with makeup bag and other necessities. I also had a messenger bag as my purse plus one luggage I checked. It can also be a great bag for a 3-4 days trip or use with another roller carryon if you want to travel light. The water bottle holder works great, there’s dedicated slot for a 15 inch laptop and tablet. The other compartments are a little shallow for boarding passes (only if you fold it) but great for small items and passport. Since I used it once I can’t say how sturdy it is but it held up great for my trip. The larger compartment opens like a suitcase but if you use cubes or containers, you can easily open it at the top for easy access to items you need during the flight. I didn’t attempt to fit it under the seat but it fit well overhead also on the smaller planes. It may fit under the seat if sitting in middle or window and not fill to the max. The material is nice....It’s 40L and is the same size as a 19inch carryon with wheels. The bonus is the band on the back that fits over the handle on luggage with wheels. The straps can be hidden if you don’t want to use as a backpack. Will buy again and the price is better than other similar bags on Amazon.

08-06-2025Held up on 1 flight so far, good size, really like the fact that you can tuck the straps in and hide them for a more sleek bag when you have it on your wheeled bag. Only think I dont like is the straps on the side, there not necessary for my use. Maybe they help save the zipper from a blow out if you checked the bag but I used it as a carry on.

Greater than one weekI like to travel luggage free for quick trips. This is a great bag. The only real design flaw is the front pockets only have one zipper each. This results in having to open the flap entirely. Not a good experience if you planning on using your pocket for small items (make up, keys, sanitizer, eye drops) all the items will fall out if you need to look for something.

> 3 dayGot this backpack to put under the plane seat and it fits perfect… cosmetics, skincare, makeup, hair brush, deodorant, hairspray (travel sizes), large laptop fit in the front compartments; 3 shorts, leggings, 3 tshirts, jeans, flip flops, hat, flat iron, and and a few other items fit perfectly in the large compartment. Honestly I don’t know how in the world I did it. It was a challenge for me to take as little as possible so I didn’t need to pay $60 for a carry-on with Frontier. Bag is sturdy. Very good quality. I can definitely use it for other stuff. I feel like this is such a good bang for the buck! I bought a second bag! Highly recommend! Get this bag and fly with a sense of accomplishment!

> 3 dayThis is a good bag with lots of space. The problems I had with it we’re… on my recent United flights it would not fit under the seat in front of me. I sat in the aisle seat and the plane had a power strut using up almost 1/2 the space and this bag wouldn’t fit with that there. I had to put it in the overhead area so I didn’t have anything I needed for two very long flights. I did not overfill it, it would fit fine in the space in front of the middle or window seat. Mostly a frustration at United but also a normal sized backpack or bag would have worked fine. Also, I wish the zippers on the front had two zippers that met in the middle. The zipper always opens on the side and things fall out. Otherwise it’s a nice bag and definitely has lots of room to pack clothes as well as an iPad or small laptop.

> 3 dayTook this on a trip to Italy. Great carry on backpack, but too large for walking tours in Italy.

> 3 dayI needed a backpack to backpack through Portugal for 10 days. I thought this one would be cool as it opens up like a suit case. I will warn buyers it is a solid size, not in a bad way, just it didnt fit under my seat on the way to Portugal, and it was hard to get in the overhead compartment when it was full, but on the way home the plane was not as packed and it fit above me with ease, so just beware that it needs to go in the overhead compartment if you have it full. That was my only thing, not a complaint just a comment. I fit everything I needed for 10 days in the bag and it went great! If youre wondering how much... -ipad, book, notebook, makeup bag, hair, shower, and toiletries bag (I know I overpacked this stuff lol), 3 leggings, 2 jeans, enough underwear and socks for 10 days, 7 tops, adaptor, charger, stuff like that, a hat, belt, jewlery, like I got everything I needed and more into this bag with ease, I used packing cubes which helped but I love this bag

> 3 dayOn our way for a relief trip and this backpack is magical . I LOVE that it opens flat. Easy to pack, easy to open going through security. It will definitely fit under the airplane seat but also fit 5 lbs powder milk, 6 pasta packs, 8 bar soaps , 4 deodorants, 24 packets of oatmeal, 6 bottles of lowrys seasoning and an insane amount of medicines . See my picture for just an idea of how much we fit. Front pockets still fit electronics and a box of chocolates! And it’s comfortable ! With lots of adjustable straps and padding.

Greater than one weekThis bag is very useful for short trips. I do wish that it had a waist strap because when you’re traveling and have a lot of things it can get heavy. You can fit a lot of stuff in the bag and I really appreciated how many pockets there were. Being able to unzip the bag like a suitcase helped me stay more organized and just made everything easier.

> 3 dayI have used this bag for more than 6 trips. Most of them have been 7 days or longer. It counts as a carry on on all arlines Ive tried, and I have also used it as a personal item on Spirit, Frontier, and United. It fits under the seats, but is a tight squeeze if its full on the aisle seat. This bag has more pockets for organizing that other similar bags. I really like the extra front pockets, which allow you to organize your smaller items well, and the tech pocket with the padded area is perfect for my tablet or computer. I never check a bag when I travel and this bag fits everything I needed for an 8 day cruise and a 10 day honeymoon. There are a few improvements that could make this bag even better, though. The interior compression strap buckles are very flimsy - one broke after the first time I used it, which is disappointing and means I cant compress items as well as I should be able to anymore. Also, it would work better if the exterior compression straps were sewn outside of the zippers. When you cinch them tight, it stresses the zippers and seems like they will eventually fail because of this. If the strap had been seen to the other side of the zipper, it would squeeze the zipper instead of stressing it. I also wish it had a hip belt for more support. When its full, and you are carrying it for a while, it gets pretty uncomfortable in the shoulders and rubs a lot. Lastly, the water bottle pocket doesnt work well because of the zipper design, it is too narrow at the bottom and water bottles tend to pop out. So, while I feel that this is a good basic travel pack, there are the few things that set it apart from a much more expensive travel pack. Overall, for the money, I am very happy with this bag versus other that cost 3x times more.
