> 3 dayMaterial feels thick and structured— not flimsy at all. Zippers felt well made and didn’t clink around while walking. I jam-packed this thing and although I visibly noticed a couple seam threads, nothing popped out or came undone. Was able to fit 15 items of clothing plus a laptop, tablet, chargers, and random other items. Not sure how long this bag would last if continued to jam-pack it but without over-packing it, I definitely think it would last. Felt weight pretty evenly distributed on back but think a waist strap would really help if it’s full. Comfortable enough to wear around airport but I wouldn’t wear it touring around Europe since it’s missing a waist strap. Great value for sure

> 3 dayI bought this when Frontier airlines started being incredibly picky about personal size bags which they make you put in the bins now to see if they are small enough. They charge $100 as a carry on if they dont meet their size requirements. After multiple flights on Frontier, Spirt, and Allegiant, this bag has passed all their tests.

> 3 dayThis bag is honestly the bomb!!! Really nice quality, and so many features and little details they thought of to make this bag everything you could possibly want and still store it under the seat on the airplane as your personal item!!! I’ve searched a lot of bags and nothing compared to this, most look similar, but they do not have a cupholder on the side, which was important to me. And this one’s features two extra straps to make sure your drink thermos doesn’t fall out! Highly happy & recommended!

> 3 dayIt was too heavy with all my things to carry around a large airport as carryon but would make a great weekend bag traveling from car.

> 3 dayI spent a week in Europe, and this is the only bag I packed... And I STILL overpacked. I used packing cubes for my clothes. The zipper on this bag opens completely when laid flat, like a suitcase. You can see all of your items and not have to dig blindly. Just when I thought I was out of space, I remembered the outer zippers (Dont forget the large one!) Youd be surprised how much you can cram in those smaller compartments. Zippers are smooth, bag is thick and sturdy. Padding on the inside so nothing digs into your back and hurts while youre wearing it. Bonus, I did not feel like a tourist with this simple black pack. Also, I didnt have to worry about uneven streets / cobblestones with a rolling bag. I felt confident that this would fit under the airplane seat if the overhead bins were full.

> 3 dayI thought I wanted to look sheik, so I bought an expensive backpack with genuine leather far more visually appealing than this one. Unfortunately, upon hearing how many suitcases werent making to their destinations I decided I needed to get a good amount of my clothing into the thing. When I went to try and get all my stuff into the beauty, I quickly found that my pretty one just wasnt fitting all my necessities. This backpack is not all that impressive to look at; however, it isnt horrible either. It has several nice pockets to keep my things neatly organized, enough roominess to fit four days worth of clothes, all my travel-sized toiletries, AND all my in-flight essentials. The actual seller, though, is the comfy straps with padding so that the 20lbs of essentials I crammed into it doesnt tear into my poor bony shoulders too much. Ultimately, I will take the less aesthetic piece that fits all of my creature comforts over the stylish but lacking. This backpack feels well-made and sturdy while delivering a wealth of space and neatness. I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayI bought this one and forgot to look at one thing: This backpack is not expandable, so the size is what it is. It works if you travel lite, but if you have a bit more, I recommend other backpacks that offer more versatility.

> 3 dayI have been looking for a backpack I can use as a diaper bag for my twins and toddler. It was amazing and so useful when we travelled to Europe. there are so many different pockets and I love how I can open up the backpack. I love how the backpack has such a beautiful light neutral color and looks simple. As we just have had this backpack for almost two months I cant say how long it will last and how durable it is, but so far I am really happy with this purchase and this backpack is exactly was I was looking for.

> 3 dayIm 52 and this 17 pack fits perfectly. It weighs ~4 lbs empty which seems fairly standard for this style backpack. The features I wanted were a sideopening (like a suitcase) a pocket to store the shoulder straps(in case I have to check it) and a pocket for my Ipad. In addition, this pack also has some smaller outside pockets for passport, cellphone, anything you may need to access easily. It has an adjustable holder for a water bottle with an additional strap to secure it. It also has straps to cinch the backpack tighter to decrease the fullness.A previous contributer commented that it would be better for the smaller ouside pockets to be against your back so they couldnt be accessed by pickpockets. I dont disagree but I always use a travel waist belt for my important papers so thats not an issue for me. I was looking for a backpack with a waist belt also but that typically adds another 40.00 to the cost. This backpack doesnt really shift too much when I bend over so it wasnt worth the extra expense. Im only using it in airports. If I planned to go hiking I would have looked for a much different backpack. I packed a poncho, sweatshirt, 5 pair of slacks, 7 tops, personal items, brush, ipad, essentially enough for 1+ week and had additinal space left to pack more. The stitching and zippers look like they will hold up well with heavy use. Overall, this is the pack I plan to use for a 3 week vacation next spring. Great price and well constructed. Since I havent used it yet I only gave it 4 stars but I have no doubts it will earn 5 once I travel with it. Update 3/2023 Just traveled to Cancun from North Carolina. I was able to pack enough for a week without difficulty. Some of the things I realized... I could not use the water bottle holder if I cinched the bag to make the depth smaller; theres a key holder on the inside pocket and this was great. One of the pockets on the inside was waterproof. My pack weighed 14 pounds total once I had it fully packed. Im 68 and my husband is 78 and we had no difficulty getting the pack on or walking long distances with it. The weight on our shoulders were evenly distributed and very comfortable. I absolutely loved the pocket to tuck the straps into. This feature was handy when I chose to carry the pack instead of wearing it. The small front pocket was perfect for our 1 quart liquid bag and was easily accesses.Overall I was very pleased with all the features. I will use it as a carryon for my 3 week trip to Europe since I plan to bring back gifts and will be checking a bag. I highly recommend this backpack based on its functionality and excellent price.
