> 3 dayGood travel backpack. Fits well on a rolling suitcase handle. Front pockets could be designed more efficiently for use and storage of items that you need quick assess. Overall not a bad backpack.

> 3 dayThis worked great as a backpack on our trip to Europe. We easily fit our clothes into this.

> 3 dayI chose this out of all the others because a reviewer mentioned that it protected his laptop well, but I do not see how. The edge of your laptop facing down will be right up against the ground and will not survive a short fall. Its still a good bag, Im sure, but all the other bags seem to fail in the same way, if they just stitched it so your laptop were suspended above the bottom of the bag then it would be fine, and wouldnt even need padding.

> 3 dayI’m a traveling motorsport mechanic so I often travel with clothes for 3-5 days, a laptop, 2 pairs of sunglasses, rain gear and a second pair of shoes. This backpack can hold a lot of stuff, but the straps and top handle aren’t adequate for its capacity. The top grab handle ripped out on my 3rd trip while I was picking it up to put it on a TSA conveyor. Then one of the straps ripped out on my 4th trip and the other side ripped out on the 5th trip. It’s not an expensive backpack and it’s otherwise pretty good but I was just transporting clothes and a laptop, nothing hanging off of it or anything heavier than what you’d bring on vacation. A backpack with a 40L capacity should have much stronger double stitched handles and straps with reinforcement. A 22L or 25L backpack from a more recognizable brand has more robust construction in that respect.

> 3 dayThis bag is very useful for short trips. I do wish that it had a waist strap because when you’re traveling and have a lot of things it can get heavy. You can fit a lot of stuff in the bag and I really appreciated how many pockets there were. Being able to unzip the bag like a suitcase helped me stay more organized and just made everything easier.

> 3 dayI used this bag for a long weekend trip and it worked perfectly! I had the bag stuffed with 5 days worth of outfits, a pair of sneakers, and a small bag of toiletries and it all fit. Note: I did use travel compression bags for the clothes. With the help of the ratchet straps, I was able to cinch the bag down as small as possible and the bag fit under the plane seat! The bag was very full so I was nervous they would make me check it, but with a little kick it fit! On the return flight there was enough overhead space available, and the bag fit perfectly up there as well. The bag was a bit heavy, but I was able to walk around the city with ease and I didnt have to drag a carryon suitcase around.

> 3 dayI got this for a carry on for a month long trip to Europe. It was durable and could hold a lot. Actually maybe too much. I ended up taking it as my only luggage for 7 days in England. It held everything including my umbrella, but it was too heavy for me to wear for long. Of course, I’m a 70 yo woman so it might be easier for a younger person! I loved the packing cubes. They definitely made it easy to keep my clothes organized and they held a lot.

> 3 daySo far I love this pack. My laptop fits securely in its own pocket, as does my kindle, two things which have to be removed for security. Ill be able to easily store extra battery packs for quick removal, too. The number of pockets makes me very happy, the material seems sturdy, as do all zippers and clips. The extra chest strap is something I always require. I do wish it had a second side pocket, but a girl cant have everything. The expandability of the one side pocket will be perfect for drinks or an umbrella. Lots of room for easy access to things like snacks, medication, electronics, etc. The extra clip for keys is brilliant because if I lose ANYTHING, it will always be my keys. Wish it was in the biggest compartment, though. This one has big shoes to fill. It is replacing my world traveler bag. Four Europe trips, one Africa, several North America and two south American trips over 25+ years. Well see if she holds up and compares.

> 3 dayIn the name of being cheap and avoiding airline baggage fees, I bought 3 of these bags. They were easy to carry as a backpack- although you can hold it like a suitcase but not preference. The bag can hold a lot of clothes!! I laid the clothes flat instead of rolled or folded, my oldest child folded clothes nicely and my 12 years just stuffed clothes haphazardly. We did 3 weeks of travel (each with 1 bag). My bag was probably packed too much which made it heavier but that was due to all of my clothes :). We have used the bags about 3 times for airline travels as carryons in the span of a 5-6 weeks and it has been so much easier when navigating our travel. I appreciate the pockets and compartments as well as the straps that can be tighten when worn as a backpack. I think you will be surprised about the capacity and the bag itself might be bigger than you anticipate.
