pretty much the only issue i have with this product is that while using, if you arent extremely gentle, the product will break off. it has happened to me 2 times now. even after i tried to be extra gentle while using the second time around. the whole deodorant stick will just come right off & youll be left with no way to fix it because it does not reattach once its broken. so i guess this is a design flaw. & there is no way to control the amount of deodorant that comes out, its one size & it only gets smaller as you use it. but other than that i like the size & i like that its aluminum free. its good for traveling as well. if they fixed the easy breakage it would be 5/5 for me.

Why did dove discontinue the blue and green ones?

Broke on my 4th time using. Also, this deodorant keeps me sticky for awhile after applying. I am now resuing an old cardboard container from my previous deoderant to finish this Dove up. Like the concept of less plastic (would prefer plastic free completely), but will not be repurchasing.

Economical and environmentally good!

I really wanted to like this product. I purchased refills because my original deodorant broke off the base. The refills both broke as well. Although I kept in mind the fragility of the stick while applying, after a couple weeks, without fail, the deodorant would break off the base while applying. The deodorant is only attached by small pieces of the deodorant itself. It is too annoying and expensive to keep trying.

This deodorant works well. The only issue I have is the deodorant part breaks off of the base that you hold. I still use it while broken. I wish they made this same product in a push up stick

We love the green one , when I opened the package for the purple, it was a must mildew smell

Both of them broke after less than a week of use. However never had an issue with ones purchased in store.

I really wanted to like my Coconut and Pink Jazmine scented refill but unfortunately this one wasnt for me. Ive never been a fan of gel-like deoderant but since I bought it, Ill follow through until the bitter end. While the smell is pleasant, it doesnt last very long on me and I end up smelling like B.O by mid afternoon. I also didnt like how I needed to apply it gently, so gently in fact that if I applied with anymore force the whole brick of deoderant would detach and I would need to either A: mold deoderant so that it would fit another applicator or B: grab the deoderant by hand and apply it leaving my hands sticky. A for effort but F for poor execution.

I thought this was a good idea but I had 3(!) New sticks break right off. This is faulty design.
