> 3 dayI threw out all my mainstream-brand coated floss with once I found this PFAS free model. Big fan of Dr Tung products. This is the slightly thicker sort of floss. It is lightly coated with beeswax, so its slightly slippery but not as easy-glide as mainstream coated brands. Its round, slightly stretchy, and spongy, rather than a flat tape, so if you have no space between your teeth you might find it hard to use, but it should work for people with average gaps between teeth and who are used to flossing daily. A real price-saver is if you can buy the refills-only option (just a roll of floss wrapped in plastic, no dispenser). The refills fit into my standard floss plastic case (different brand). Dr Tungs sells the refills for their old plastic case, but they have since moved to this new paper disposable case that is eco-friendlier. The paper case tends to get crushed and fall apart if you handle it too much, so save those old plastic cases (different brand prob ok) and you can easily put the roll in them. This floss comes in ONLY ONE flavor: cardamom. Its exotic but light and pleasant, and you get used to it. Couldnt be happier.

> 3 dayThis has been my go to floss ever since my favorite woven floss was discontinued. The packaging has taken a turn for the worse. The floss is no longer housed in plastic, but flimsy cardboard to be more eco-friendly. Floss is effective but expensive, especially with cheap, flimsy cardboard packaging which makes it hard to use in wet bathroom or travel without getting crushed.

> 3 dayThe last time I bought this floss they came in plastic discs, but this time they came in a non-plastic cardboard holder (still with the metal cutter). This is such a good idea, no loss of functionally but without throwaway plastic! The floss itself is also fantastic. My dentist recommends it, and its the best floss for actually getting stuff out of your teeth.

> 3 dayI dont usually leave reviews, but I have to say, this floss deserves it! Its the best Ive ever used. I was using the slide kind and always felt like it wasnt getting everything. After one use of this, my teeth felt like I just left the dentist from a cleaning. And I love the fact that its not in a plastic container.

> 3 dayDr Tung’s Smart Floss is terrific, but the new recyclable cardboard container is a bit odd and tricky to use … at least for me.

> 3 dayOk. I am not a happy customer, so I could give this less than 5 stars. But the product advertised correctly, I just didnt pay attention close enough. I am a happy Dr. Tungs floss user, and when I found out that they went all green, I was/am running low on their original packaging, so the replaceables they sold at the supermarket werent enough for me. I thought these were the originals, but these have gone green too and they now come in all carton packaging. Less than ideal, if you ask me, but admirable, yes. Im not there yet and will return these. Once I find original packaging, I am happy to go with refills for the rest of my life, Ill treasure the containers I still have. But for now, I just need some containers.

Greater than one weekThe photo looks as though you will get the old dispenser but you don’t. I would rather they sell refill rolls than no future dispensers. Little plastic bags will not be safe if one of my cats gets hold of it. Dental floss is very dangerous for cats. To the manufacturer…please reconsider this change.

> 3 dayThis is my absolute favorite floss. I won’t use anything else. It can be kind of hard to find so thankfully I can find it on Amazon. I don’t mind the new paper packaging, I know it has a lot of people frustrated. Give this a try if you are looking for a good expandable floss!
