> 3 daySeems like the quality on everything has slipped these days. First off: the new packaging is horrible. The old plastic container was great, but these new paper things are awful. I understand the need to be environmentally friendly, but these new packages are just cheap. Secondly: I have tight spaces between my teeth, but never had a problem with floss shredding and getting caught between my teeth until this last purchase. It get caught every single time. The strand breaks down much faster than it used to. QC seems to have gone out the window. Thirdly: Its still the same price as it was. A worse product for the same price. Id pay a bit more for better QC.

> 3 dayThis floss takes floss to a whole new level. I have always used something similar, but this is much better. Take your floss-game to a whole new level - Ill never go back!

> 3 dayI love the floss but the new packaging isn’t working for me. I get why they may have changed it but getting the paper wet just isn’t fun.

> 3 dayThis is the BEST floss and I’ve tried many, many kinds (including Cocofloss). Works for tights spots and large spots. I don’t particularly like the cardamom flavor, but it is pretty faint. The issue, as many have already written about, is the new cardboard packaging, which is larger, more cumbersome, and much more delicate than the old plastic packaging. I appreciate the intent, but using paper to package something that is likely to get wet is not a great idea. If I can find an old plastic container, I plan to try to “refill” it, as suggested by another reviewer. In the meantime, I have left a comment on the manufacturer’s site and I encourage others to do the same! I hope they come out with easily refillable non-paper packaging instead.

> 3 dayI’m a hygienist and loooovvvveee this floss it’s the only floss I use and I’m always recommending it to patients. It’s a perfect cheaper alternative to cocofloss. However, the packaging was recently changed from plastic to cardboard and it’s a big drawback for me. I know it’s better for the environment but I’m not able to wipe down the dispenser between patients because the new packaging is cardboard. It’s less sanitary and doesn’t hold up well in my purse either. Bummer. I hope they switch the packaging back.

> 3 dayThis is such an easy floss to use! No shredding, and expands to space in between teeth. Great flavor, too!

> 3 dayI was trying to find a woven floss after discovering Johnson and Johnson gentle gum care floss was discontinued. I think I may actually end up liking this brand better. Ive used it once so far and wanted to review first impressions. I have a bridge, and crooked teeth and did not have issues with shredding. Albeit this is not usually an issue I generally ever have, except for between two particular teeth. It didnt hurt my fingers, it didnt hurt any of my gums, and it was thick enough for me to feel like my bridge was being cleaned. I feel like I needed less floss to clean my entire mouth. I usually need two things of floss, 1 for top, 1 for bottom. The paper dispenser is kinda weird, and at first I thought it was broken because the floss wasnt pulling out, but its ok. One thing is that the smell is really bad. I have no idea what cardamom flavor is, but it does not smell good. It smells like some sort of forest scent. The scent didnt really affect flavor, though. To me it was flavorless. Overall I would recommend this because my gums dont feel sore after flossing (even after flossing regularly), but if there are other flavors available I would recommend trying those instead. Edit: 4.22.23 - After using this for 2.5 months, I like the floss overall. I feel like it cleans my teeth really well and much better than GUM/Kroger waxed or Oral B Glide comfort plus floss. This floss really does pick up plaque or food bits that are stuck in between my teeth and i feel like some other flosses just arent capable of atually getting all/any of the gunk out (looking at you Oral B Glide comfort plus floss). Other flosses have irritated and made the gums of my bridge bleed, Dr. Tungs doesnt do that & feels comfortable to use in that area. :) Ive gotten used to the cardamom smell and it doesnt really bother me anymore, i barely notice it. i guess it was just a very new scent to me that I never experienced before but Im used to it now. I just wish they had other flavors/scents like cinnamon. They have lemongrass, but that does not seem appealing scent wise.
