I took the whole bottle. I took 6 pills a day which is roughly 5 grams a day. I really didn’t notice a gain in strength or stamina. I have read it is harder for your body to absorb creatine in pill form. I switched to straight creatine monohydrate powder after I was finished with this bottle and I’m seeing improvements. Could it be this set me up for the positive gains by the time I switched to powder? Could be, but I don’t know for sure. Won’t give 5 stars but can’t give 1. It’s right in the middle for me.

Works great but not for me! Lots of gas...I do have gerd and LPR and these kinda made it worse but not much. My farts were the deciding factor...

This is my second bottle of Kre-Alkalyn EFX. I just finished my last bottle of 120caps but didnt cycle them continuously which I deff. will do this time around for sure. Ive already started and love the fact that theres no loading phase, bulk powders to deal with, the fact that 1grams of EFX is compared to 10grams of reg. creatine monohydrate! Thats nuts! That means I dont have to make 3 diff. shakes a day with powders anymore, and worry that the creatine did not dispurse properly like EFX does. This is because it does not become active until the EFX reaches the muscle! This is because it is pH buffered creatine and bypasses the liver. This means more bang for ur buck and much, much better results that if u were to just use 10grams of monohydrate a day! Good stuff, and I highly recommend. 25 bucks gets u 240 750mg pills that are sure to rock ur socks! Chris-

Been using EFX for 90 days now and Im disappointed. I was using another brand but unfortunately cant recall the brand and local store that sold it is out of business now. The other brand gave me loads of energy and a hit at the gym compared to not taking any kre-alkalyn. EFX doesnt give me that extra hit and I cant tell any difference from taking it and days I dont when at the gym. I am noticeably less strong at the end of sets than I was with other brand and tire out sooner. I have still been increasing strength and overall muscle growth, but Im not sure if the EFX kre-alkalyn is boosting it or not. You will have to be prepared for a LOT of bathroom breaks with this, which is usually more common with creatine monohydrate than kre-alkalyn. Im going to look for another brand once the bottle of this is gone and try to figure out what I used before. Will update if I find that out.

I have been a gym enthusiast for over 15 years and honestly never cared for creatine. I decided to try this product as my wife loved it and I noticed a change In her physique from using it. I took 2 capsules prior to workout and 2 after. On non training days I just take it in the afternoon usually and space out the second dose by 4 hours. I noticed a def increase in energy output and size. Iv ordered this product for myself twice now and would recommend to the natural guys something to try.
