> 3 dayI guess everyone really has such mix feedback on most creatine products but this is my go to when i am trying to bulk up with lean muscle. I used this about 2 years ago while i was on a cut and i truly did see big gains in my major workouts (Bench, Squats, Deadlift, Dips) and now i can honestly say 2 years later that i am seeing the same results. There has been a mix of reviews on when to take it too but ive found what works best for me is that i take 2 pills in the morning after my early morning Cardio. Then i take two pills after my evening workout where i am lifting weights. Everyone is different i suppose but i really started to see big gains in my exercises after 2 weeks. I havent had any abnormal bloating and have still continued my cut as well with excellent results. If you are good about taking it at least 5 days a week on the days that you are training then i think you should see solid results. Make sure to cycle this too....so once the bottle runs out then i would take a 1 to 1.5 months off and then begin the cycle again if you would like. Creatine has been known to cause a spike in liver enzymes like it did with me so be careful. Overall though i do stand behind this product as even my workout buddy has noticed that i have made really big gains in the past 4 weeks on it (so much that he just bought some and started his cycle yesterday). 18-11-2024So I have introduced this to a few of my weight lifting friends and have received mixed reviews. Firstly I have been using this product for about 4 years now and im a believer. When I take it right before my work out I get an awesome pump during the whole work out. It does not bloat you like many powder creatines and does not upset your stomach. The recommended dose is 1 pre workout and 1 post work out but for those looking to build more muscle and heavy lifters take 2 before and 2 after. This is what I have always done. Off days ill do the recommended dosage and cycle this for at least 2-3 months. Then take a couple weeks off. Some friends say it has worked. Others say it hasnt but those are the ones that want muscle overnight. This doesnt work that way. It helps more so with strength building to assist with building muscle. Personally I think this is the best Kre-Alkalyn out there.

> 3 dayThis creatine is good stuff. I have been taking it for the last year and have never had any stomach problems. I have lost 65 pounds recently and have been taking this stuff while working out 5 to 6 days a week. I have stopped taking it maybe two times for a few weeks at a time during the year. I can tell a HUGE difference in my lifting performance when I wasnt taking it. I take between 2 to 4 pills a day usually all in the evening. You are supposed to take 4 a day if your weight is over 200 lbs and 2 a day if you weigh under 200 pounds. Do yourself a favor and order a bottle of this stuff up. I guarantee you will see a difference in your lifting and muscle growth.

Greater than one weekDefinite difference in pump and stamina, especially in my arms compared to their strength before I started the supplement. Now when I flex its really popping!! No bloating has been noted as Im 50 and 103lbs, small frame, rectangle shaped/apple.. I would notice right away, but so far Ive had no bloating at all. Because they say to be cautious with water and to make sure that you get enough while taking any form of creatine, Ive started tracking to make sure Ive ingested at least 3-4 cups of water (since the time I wake up) before taking the first two, then I go through about another 3 cups during my workout if not more, and keep going thereafter. I wouldnt skimp on the water.. at a minimum, Ive had 8 cups while taking this and Ive experienced no cramping. Well see how it goes, hopefully I can gain some weight!
