For some reason, kre-alkalyn just works for me where regular creatine mono does not. I doggedly used regular creatine mono for several years. I generally thought that I could kinda, maybe feel something working. It also works so well for so many others that I figured it must be doing something for me. However, after a few weeks on this stuff I felt a noticeable boost in strength and endurance as compared to creatine mono. Im not sure why. I have read studies that claim that kre-alkalyn is bunk and shows no improvement over regular creatine mono. Even though I like this stuff, Id still recommend just regular creatine mono for the first time user. Its very cheap and very effective for a lot of people. However, if you dont have an obvious boost in strength and endurance after 2-4 weeks, then its time to try other forms of creatine. This is an excellent alternative for the regular creatine mono non-responder.

When my order got here, it was opened. The plastic seal around the lid was broken. The lid was halfway off and the papery material between the contents and the lid was ripped off. Can’t even return it because itd be another 5 days until I can get to a post office, and another 2 for it to ship back to me. Unreal.

It saturated the best would recvomend

Like a lot of supplements, it is somewhat difficult to gauge the efficacy of various products, especially when you have a lot of other things going on. But like many others, the reason I purchased this product was due to the nausea I would get from regular creatine-monohydrate. I mean it was really bad, and it was nausea I would have all day... NON-STOP. So at the very least, I can say that THIS product does not give me any of those issues.

Been using EFX for 90 days now and Im disappointed. I was using another brand but unfortunately cant recall the brand and local store that sold it is out of business now. The other brand gave me loads of energy and a hit at the gym compared to not taking any kre-alkalyn. EFX doesnt give me that extra hit and I cant tell any difference from taking it and days I dont when at the gym. I am noticeably less strong at the end of sets than I was with other brand and tire out sooner. I have still been increasing strength and overall muscle growth, but Im not sure if the EFX kre-alkalyn is boosting it or not. You will have to be prepared for a LOT of bathroom breaks with this, which is usually more common with creatine monohydrate than kre-alkalyn. Im going to look for another brand once the bottle of this is gone and try to figure out what I used before. Will update if I find that out.

Great value for someone who prefers to take capsules over powders but it is still more expensive than cheaper creatine capsules. I just prefer these over other brands and it last for 3-4 months. I take (2) during my workouts (Im 200 pounds). You never get an upset stomach either and I have with regular creatine. How many times have you heard that you need to drink the powders fast and not let them sit in water? Thats why I prefer capsules. Plus convenience! :) I take C4 per-workout and XTend or AminoLast during my workout and also add more BCAA, BA, and this product. I have results even at age 50 to know this works. Post workout is either a smoothie with whey or a whey ready to drink. Prefer a smoothie when I have time but the ready to drink when I need to head to work.

Great product, easy to take and easy on the stomach! Most powdered creatine (except con-cret) kill my stomach. This product has been a more cost effective, easier alternative to con-cret and a lower carb than my other favorite universal chews.

Creatine is one of the most - if not THE most studied supplement on the market. It has repeatedly been tested and studied across a variety of medical journals and papers. There is no risk to the kidneys, liver, etc. Creatine will not make you fat or bloated. That being said, while Kre-Alkalyn is just as effective than Creatine monohydrate, it’s not MORE effective nor are there any additional benefits. The Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition found in 2012 that “buffered” creatine like this product produce the same physical results as regular creatine. I simply bought it as I was traveling a lot and figured it would be easier to transport capsules in a marked bottle at an airport rather than a fine white powder. It simply comes down to personal preference. Do you want to mix it into your protein shake or pre workout? Or do you want to pop a couple of pills. TL;DR: Good product, same as regular creative, dinged 1 star for the slightly misleading marketing/claims on this product
